Review: I feel that in the world that we live today it is easy to be distracted and to lose track of what is essential for us to be happy. In this DVD The Dali Lama helped me find the essential truth for long lasting happiness. Compassion, Kindness, internal disarmament, care of others are some of the important subjects mentioned. He believes in action more then in prayers which I thought, was surprising but refreshing to hear from such a spiritual person. His teaching of moral ethics and his openness to other cultures and religions are in my opinion the base in finding inner peace and in keeping hope alive for a peaceful world. I highly recommend this DVD.
