Review: See my comments for tape 1 in the series. The same positive and negative statements apply here except the techniques are different.

This tape/DVD covers kicks: roundhouse and front. A point brought out was that in Muay Thai there are no "snap" kicks from the front leg as in karate. All kicks are power kicks delivered from the rear leg.

Also covered were knee techniques, sweeping techniques and blocking of punches.
