Review: Jef's DVD helps explain why boundaries are important for all healthy relationships. I used this information to explain boundaries to my 5 year old and 9 year old children. My kids now understand this concept better than most adults and now are learning to establish boundaries confidently and correctly with each other and their peers. This is not a tape for children, but using it allowed me to teach my kids something I learned very late in life. Lack of boundaries or unrealistic expectations are the cornerstone of failed relatinships. Learning and applying this concept may transform yours.
