Review: After veiwing this DVD I don't feel quite so ignorant about home buying. I realize I still need a professional home inspector to inspect my house when I choose one to purchase, but now I feel like I know more and can weed out some of the houses with significant problems that would cost alot of time and money. Thanks Ken! There's a lot of info in this DVD. I'm sure I will reference often after my home purchase. You were easy to understand and a pleasure to follow around!
