Summary: Naked existentialism
Review: I've been a fan of Mimi Rogers ever since I saw her in Someone to Watch Over Me with Tom Berenger. The disappointment in that one, despite its sensuality, was that we didn't actually get to see Mimi naked. Boy, does she make up for it in this movie! An actress like Mimi teases one with the knowledge that under all her clothes she is prodigiously endowed (a rival for Shannon Whirry for sure). I first saw evidence of that in the offbeat hitman movie, Bulletproof Heart. I just had to get my hands on Full Body Massage after that. You just can't find it in the rental shops.
Other than seeing Mimi reveal her marvelous assets - what better pretext than for a full body massage - this movie could be a huge, pretentious bore, with all its philosophical ramblings and limited surroundings. I just tried too enjoy it apart from my cynical musings that Nicolas Roeg was just using all the existential dialogue to make this flesh flick seem like high art. OK, some of the dialogue did make me think.
Bryan Brown is actually an irritating actor and I think they could have gotten someone less roughneck to play his role. He isn't very believable as an intellectual masseuse - you imagine him more at home drinking beers with his mates and sharing crass jokes. Nonetheless, Mimi more than makes up for these flaws by being so darned hot. Four stars and three cheers for Mimi for going naked at middle age.

Review: If you thought you would learn about yourself, the characters, or massage you're looking at the wrong video. But if you want to see Mimi in all her splendor and glory....look no further. For those of you who were comtemplating your first massage, believe me, they aren't like this.

Summary: Very weak effort from a great filmmaker
Review: If you want to see Mimi Rogers ... then get this video. She is ...through most of it and she is stunning. However if you are wanting to see a Nicolas Roeg film then you will probably be disapointed. There isn't much to say about this. After watching it, I felt a little sad at seeing a once great director wasting his talent with material that was beneath him. What happened Nick?

Review: OH MY GOD. I couldn't believe my eyes. Mimi Rogers is built. Thank you Mimi for giving us this video. I'm obsessed with this woman's chest now. I've got to buy this movie.

Summary: Gee, wonder what it's about?
Review: Oh... Well, you certainly couldn't sue the company for using a misleading title. Mimi definitely receives a massage. That cannot be in doubt. From the wrong man, though...Yep, the Aussies and the Brits tend to pronounce it Mass-arge, rather than the US/Canadian M'saaaaaage or however the heck you would attempt to represent it phonetically. Irrelevant really, given the amount of Mimi nudity, which clearly should be the main focus here. I'm sure Loverboy's right about the movie failing as a foreplay enhancer, in that the story flashbacks do tend to break the rhythm of the genuinely erotic mass-arge sequences. Two decent actors here. Bryan has done many excellent movies both in and out of Oz - e.g. F/X 1 and 2 and the truly excellent Aussie Vietnam movie The Odd Angry Shot. Mimi... sigh... Mimi is just excellent, period. Yeah, what's that about her being overweight? Hello, this is a real woman and she looks fantastic. I didn't find the story such as it is to be that appallingly mind-numbing, but no, this ain't Tolstoy. In fact, if you turned the volume down and put on a Philip Glass opera, you could treat it as an ArtHouse movie. I am certainly waiting for the DVD. There are many times when the Step and Slow keys would enhance your enjoyment, as would the ability to skip flashback scenes. What a beautiful woman. For Pete's sake, Bryan Brown got a paycheck for this movie. It's not right.

Summary: Stimulation for your mind(s)
Review: One of the few movies that stimulate your mind rather than just entertain. Definitely not a movie for those who want voyeurism or just a visual thrill. If you "get it", this one touches your head and heart and leaves you with as sort of "I'd never looked at it that way" ... and the "it" might be art, massage, sex, women & power, over-40 women who are comfortable with their bodies, or some other aspect that I haven't considered. Try it, you'll like it!
Back when I was single, this was one of my favorite tests -- the "best and brightest" were turned on intellectually and physically and we went on to enjoy a healthy and stimulating relationship. Those are now among my best friends, and Full Body Massage is still one of my favorite movies.

Review: Terrible movie, but....Mimi nude for most of the movie. She is absolutely beautiful and sexy. She is the only reason for the 5 stars.

Summary: Porno without nudity...
Review: That's very impressive, I've never seen before puritan porno, and this is it. I thought porno is when you see intercourse and male nudity and all this is dirty (and I hate prono), and erotique is when it is limited to female nudity and full of romance (which is my preference). In this film you see Mimi fully front nude only a couple of times for few moments, that's it. Most of the film she is dressed ok for the party, it's just she covers with the towel what would be covered with the evening dress. So by this definition it's neither prono, no erotique. But it is porno, it's how piritans would make it. Imagine porno film, where intercourse and nudity are taken out, but all the dirt left intact. You'll get the picture. Do not buy it, it's a waste of money and time.

Review: The best way 2 describe this movie: it's an erotic conversation piece! Mimi Rodgers is perfect in EVERY way, and Bryan Brown is simply charming. Eye have this movie on tape, and it's truly one of my personal favorites.
