Review: This dvd was informative from Jon kabat zinn and he explains why we go through the stresses of everyday life.
The only disdvantage of this cassette is that you are expecting a full meditation class. It shows you a few brief techniques but is more focused on the interview with him and a meditation class he runs at the institute he runs.
However it is interesting to listen to the points he makes.
