Review: I really like this DVD. It has all the elements of a great workout. I feel very balanced and energized after doing the workout. It's nice to just turn it on and go. The instruction is great and there's always new stuff to learn from it. I can see why so many people recommend it. It's great!

Summary: Finally on DVD!
Review: This was my first yoga video & it's still my favorite. I like the length and variety of the workout & the clarity of her instructions. I took the VHS to Iraq with me when we deployed a few years ago - that's how great it is.
