Rating: Summary: ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Bye- bye Pilates!! Review: This workout is SOOOOO good, I am retiring my pilates dvds indefinitely. The slow, sensual movements work every bit of your core, legs, arms. It is an amazing and empowering workout!It also gives quite a waist and ab workout. I have done it all week (only went thru 30 min of the hour long tape)and my legs and abs are already alot stronger. I have not had my usual 'omg I have to workout' attitude. I wake up each day WANTING to use this dvd, it is SO terrific! I have noticed a definite slimming in my middle. I already had pretty strong abs (I thought) from pilates, but this was more challenging in alot of ways. It is by no means difficult and is sexy. One feels so GOOD after, I encourage everyone to read the reviews of Sheila's book for more info on her program. I have been using this in tandem with cardiostriptease by jeff costas and feel that this gives the best core workout. Jeff Costas' workout is just what it says: a cardio workout. This really IS about celebrating the Goddess within, about femininity and the power of sensuality. Bravo to Sheila Kelley for making such a terrific dvd!
