Summary: Good Abs Excercises; Buns More Like A Great Workout For Legs
Review: There are two sections to this workout: a 30-minute workout for abs and then a 30-minute workout for buns. There are three females: Robyn, Michelle and Dawn. Robyn is the lead instructor for the buns excercises. She bases her movements on her 3 favorite activities: in-line skating, dance and martial arts. There is no equipment needed and the excercises are done upright. The buns excercises seem more like a really great workout for legs that include lunges, semi-squats, side-kicks and they sometimes require good balance on just one leg. The movements are sudden and quick during lots of times. Dawn is the lead instructor for the abs excercises. The first 6-7 minutes are for warm up excercises that include step-touches, side squats and arm lifts/swings. The remaining abs excercises are performed on an excercise mat on the floor. The abs excercises are good---the movements are simple, yet effective, and the viewer can follow along easily. The music of choice is retro---Gloria Estefan's "Rhythm is Gonna Get You", Madonna's "Holiday", Donna Summer's "Bad Girls" to name a few. The instructors are verbally encouraging without being annoying or cutesy.
