Summary: Big Mistake! Very disappointed!
Review: I made a big mistake purchasing this DVD! What a waste of my $20.00. It's way too basic and very short. I didn't learn anything that I and most of the world already knows. Too bad I can't return it because it's been opened. I guess I've learned my lesson the hard way.

Review: There is a short ~15 min stretching section for your entire body, and several more focused on particular areas. The short section is the quickest and best I've found. Good routine. These are the people who made the classic "stretching" book, that's how I found the dvd.
