Review: I think this is a great beginners Pilates video. It's great for someone on the run its just 15 minutes including warm up and cool down. I am out of my home 12 hours a day so this fits perfectly in my schedule before I leave for work until I get home, and then I do it before I go to bed. Its very easy to fit into your schedule. And its not one of those crazy do a million situps in 5 minutes ordeal, its easy relaxing yet you can still fell as though your getting something out of it.
