Rating: Summary: Boring Review: I liked the fact that the people in this workout were of different sizes. Is is refreshing to see "real" people, however I found this a very boring workout. I don't think I would be able to do it more than once or twice.

Rating: Summary: Complete Low Impact work-out! Review: This is an excellent low impact work out. I am just starting out exercising and losing weight and I have 2 bad knees, this work out is perfect and I have never once been sore after doing it. There is a 20 minute stretch, a 30 minute aerobic work out with very simple moves that you can do the first time you watch it, then 5 minutes of floor exercises (leg lifts and crunches), and a 5 minute stretch at the end. The instructor Valerie is very good, better than any other video I have tried and her group called the "big butts" are just ordinary people and not some size 1 bimbos you can't stand to watch. I highly recommend this for people like me who are just starting out on their way to getting fit.
Rating: Summary: Not for the complete novice Review: While the stretch and cardio segments seemed comprehensive as far as I got, the director and editor of this effort ahould never work again. The people in the workouts showed a range of flexibility and body types that helped me not feel alone with my own big butt, and this was the first workout video I've tried, so it didn't seem boring. The stretches where most of the weight was put on one knee were painful, although brief. My problem came when I tried to follow along with the cardio workout. Within the first 10 minutes, there are three times where the workouts change to new steps, and the cameras stay focused on the smiling faces, rather than showing what they're doing. This lasts for the first one or two repetitons, so by the time the camera finally shows what you're supposed to do, the workout is wrapping it up and moving on to another step. The third time this happened, I stopped the video -- and stopped yelling at my television to "Show me the feet!" This workout may well be a good one, but if you're not familiar with the jargon of yoga or aerobics, you might want to watch it through first without participating, so you'll see what they mean. I will not give this video another try. It's going to the next yard sale, with a big note on it warning buyers of the problems.
