Rating: Summary: Good for beginners and a lot of variety Review: This is my first David Carradine DVD. What a wonderful suprise. You get two full 1 hour workouts, one to practice Tai Chi and the other to work on your flow of chi energy. Each practice is broken into several segments. You can do the whole 1 hour session or just the areas you're interested in working on (or have time for). The dvd menu system allows you to pick what you're interested in. The presentation is lovely and easy to follow. Wow, I felt so centered and balanced after the practice! I plan on getting his other 2 dvds as they look to be rated well also. The only thing that doesn't work so well is the breaks between segments -- they end quickly (sometimes in a seated position) and they then move to the next session quickly without much notice (next in standing). If you have tried acupuncture treatment, this works on the same energy fields. David even goes over acupressure points that can benefit your internal organs and help to make you feel centered, relaxed, and healthy. After a hectic day this practice really made me feel re-energized. I would highly recommend his dvd. See my other reviews on amazon.
