Rating: Summary: A little taste of everything non-impact... Review: I was unsure at first on whether to buy this video. How could anyone do 3 different disciplines of exercise in just 40 minutes or so? But when I started doing Pilates Plus, my doubts were alleviated. This video gives you a taste of everything non-impact...yoga, pilates and ballet. I like the first part where pilates is the focus. The ballet section is good for the legs though I recommend you use a barre or something more sturdy than a chair. The yoga session is also good. While it gives you a good stretch and flexibility, it lacks a simple cardio to get your blood flowing. But it's still good for those days when you're too lazy to do a cardio workout.
Rating: Summary: It was challenging for a beginner, but good. Review: I'm a beginner and I found this challenging but it was definately good. They do a good job of explaining as they go along. The ballet was much harder than I really had expected. I have typically done yoga in the past, and I liked the incorporation of all three into one workout. I probably wouldn't rely on any of the three segments for a complete workout on their own nor would I buy the video expecting any of the three segments to be comprehensive in that particular area of exercise. Each of the segments seems to focus mainly on one area. As a whole though, it was a good workout and challenging enough that I will want to keep on doing it.
Rating: Summary: Great workout! Review: I'm relatively new to pilates, and certainly new to yoga and ballet. As I was already working out before starting these disciplines, I do find this tape do-able; however, it is defintiely challenging. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and my body felt great afterwords.
Rating: Summary: Very dependable Review: I've been using this workout for about two months - normally on my cardio "off days". It is a very challenging workout, but it's almost as if you don't notice how hard you are working because the program flows so well. It has become my favorite workout and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for something a little different. It's a great early morning workout - it's challenging without being too overwhelming.

Rating: Summary: a little of everything.... Review: it's rare that a video so challenging is so much fun- there's lots of variety and you feel great when you're done :)
Rating: Summary: I Loved It! Review: Some portions were intense like the yoga push ups. But other than that, I enjoyed the routines immensely. I have Core Conditioning by the pair and found that the routine which was primarily pilates based, put too much pressure on my neck. The variety in this workout is more versatile. In my opinion, if you've never done ballet, they make the movements easy. I enjoy the tape and will log on to their website to check out the tape that incorporates weight training.
Rating: Summary: Decent, not to exciting Review: The tape is a bit boring. I previewed the tape before right when I got it and didn't think I would be chagenged much. The next day I tried it and was suprised to find I was wrong.
Rating: Summary: Challenging Pilates/Ballet Blend Review: They also advertise as a yoga tape but the yoga section is really limited to triangle pose - its really more of a stretch near the cool down. I love this tapes series. This tape is much longer than Pilates for Dummies and Core Conditioning, also by Michelle and Tracey. The ballet section is basic but really works your legs and focuses on posture. An excellent stretching, lengthening, toning workout.
