Rating: Summary: Great workout... Review: I have almost all of the Tae-bo tapes, and these are two of my favorites. They are more comparable to the Live Advanced tapes than to the original four-packs. I prefer the first one - a touch more cardio and a little bit more fun than the second. If you do these tapes 4 times a week, you will see amazing results. I have gone from a size 12 to a size 4 and my energy levels are incredible. One comment for the reviewers who didn't like the two "assistants" behind Billy. One (who someone said looks like a Marine) is his daughter, Shellie and the other is Michele, who has lost tons of weight doing Taebo and has her own Taebo center in Ohio. You should check out her before and after photos on the website (taebo.com) They are both instructors - I've taken a class with Shellie and she's as inspirational as her dad!
Rating: Summary: A nice alternative Review: I have always stayed away from any type of aerobic tapes since I found they never really seem to get the heart rate going much. I run, lift weights and do the elliptical machine at a high intensity. According to the Billy Blanks Tae Bo video reviews, I thought I'd try this exercise video for a cardio alternative. Well I have to say, I did sweat a bit on these videos and found the time went by very quickly. The balancing was more challenging than I expected. I just wish there was a bit more fast paced cardio involved to have my heart rate high the entire time.
Rating: Summary: I love Billy Blanks! Review: I have been doing Taebo since 1999, and absolutely love these two tapes. I started them in July, 2003, and have dropped many inches and pounds. These are the best Taebo videos. I alternate them every day, doing the tapes 4-5 days per week. I stay inspired because you see results and feel great afterward. Billy Blanks is the best aerobic instructor I have ever had!

Rating: Summary: This tape kicks butt Review: I have been tae bo since 98 but just recently got religous about it. I have outgrown the original basic and started alternating between the original advanced and the get ripped basic series. This week I just got the abs and glutes focus series which is awesome. And this morning I finally got to try the get ripped advanced. Wow! It was off the hook. Very intense. i could only do 30 minutes of it. but I rememeber thats how it was when I first tried the original advanced so im okay with that. I am sure as time goes on I will get better at it. i try to alternate tapes so my body doesnt get used to a routine. Once again this tape is great and from the warm up you will work up a sweat. i also like that it really works the arms too which really wasnt the case with the original advanced.
Rating: Summary: Serious workout! Review: I have done a lot of different exercise videos and this one was one of the toughest I have found. You will build endurance, flexibilty and strength. The two videos are pretty similar in difficulty and there are similar exercises but it's nice to have variety and not loose the intensity. If you like to sweat and want a challenge this is a good buy.
Rating: Summary: Tae-Bo is the best! Review: I have over 70 workout tapes, and I think Tae-bo is the most fun, motivating, and effective. You can really feel your abs working, and getting trimmer. And, you don't have to do all those boring crunches on the floor. I would buy my Tae-bo tapes at QVC.com though. They have a set of six Get Ripped tapes with these two advanced tapes, plus the two basic, an intro to impact, and a 8 minute workout, all for only (price). (It's {price} here for only the four.) Plus, they have the newest Tae-bo tapes, Tae-bo Total, that you can only get on QVC. It's a set of eight tapes, four basic and four advanced, for only (price). I have that set too, and it's just as good as all his other sets. QVC.com just has better prices!!!! (I don't work for them or anything, I just look for great deals!)
Rating: Summary: The Best!!! Review: I have quite a collection of Taebo tapes, and have to say that this is by far THE BEST!!!. Both tapes are faster..the pace is much, much quicker, and Billy is absolutely unrelenting...there are no breaks for a solid 52 mins!!!! Time and time again when I think it can't get any more challenging it does..I have done the advanced tapes 4 times this week, and my arms are so sore (in that pleasurable sort of way!), and my waist definitely got a good workout. On one tape all the floor work is done standing up which makes it even more challenging, and on the other tape the floor work is just minimal...The tapes are a good buy, and if you are a Taebo Junkie you will definitely enjoy these as part of your collection
Rating: Summary: 98 Release of TaeBo Advance is better Review: I have used the 98 release of Taebo advance tape for almost a year, I love the martial art concept of Taebo excises, expecially the kicking routines that help strenthen my abdominal muscle greatly. I was dissapoined by these two new advance tapes release. I found the new tapes are gear more toward to regular type aerobic workouts than a Taebo workout I have expected.
Rating: Summary: its an ok exercise Review: I liked the tape, I would like to see it 30 minutes or so, on those days I have a lot planned.
