Rating: Summary: Very effective, hits all areas of the arms. Review: I have been using this tape 2-3 times per week for about a month and already have visible results in my arms, it is a great routine.....Dave says a few things that are a little chauvenistic (sp?) in my opinion, but after you listen to the tape once, you can very easily do the routine with the volume down. I use 5 lb. weights on this and its perfect, you can really feel it.
Rating: Summary: There is hope that I will one day see my triceps! Review: I have done this workout twice this week. I definitely feel it and am anxious to see the results in a few weeks. I am alternating this with other workout tapes but could probably do 2 tapes together. This one isn't tiring, but with hand weights it was making me sweat a little. Good pace for me and good instructions. It's a no-frills workout without a lot of chatter and that is great in my opinion.
Rating: Summary: Sexy Arms Workout Review: I really like this tape. I have never done any arm workouts before, so it was right for me as a beginner. All the exercises are explained well and there are 4 women doing the exercises besides the instructor. I started seeing results after 2 weeks use. I would recommend it, especially for a first-time arm exerciser. Dave is a bit chatty, as noted by others, but he's not annoying!
Rating: Summary: only if you've NEVER held weights before in your life Review: If you're absolutely just starting out with weights, then maybe this is an okay tape for you -- it's got the most basic, time-honored, humdrum freeweight exercise routine that exists. But if you've ever touched a weight in your life, then you're going to be bored to death with this, and the guy's got no imagination. But if you've never heard of a bicep curl before, then maybe you'll be okay with this one. You'll want to turn the volume down after a couple of tries, though -- the chatter is inane, and he just keeps talking!
Rating: Summary: sexy arms Review: Nice long warmup and cool down. When I previewed this DVD I thought it was going to be way too easy, but after doing the first segment for shoulders I had to switch to lighter weights. My friend thought he could do all the reps too but it was a little hard for him also. I think this DVD is for beginners to intermediate and you can always use no weights or heavier weights for a more strenous workout ... it will make you break a sweat.. I have been exercising for about 5 weeks now but this is the first time I have used a DVD geared for arms only. For most of the exercises he does 3 sets of 15 reps. I didn't give it 5 stars because I wish the tape was just a little longer.
Rating: Summary: It'll Do Review: Not a bad arms workout, but the problem is the instructor only does 1 set of tricep exercises, so I have to rewind the DVD back to get at least 2 sets in. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if the DVD was better chaptered to have a chapter for each part of the arm.
Rating: Summary: Fast Results Review: This is a great work-out for anyone wanting to tone their arms quickly! If done regularly it really shows results in 2-3 weeks. Its fun and the instructor does a really good job of explaining the movements and breathing. I love this video.

Well-paced video with adequate stretching and excellent target exercises for all muscle groups. The hardest part is waiting 48 hours to do the workout again. I want to do it every day!
