Summary: Upbeat exercise
Review: This DVD is excellent if you like upbeat music and a good sweat. The moves are easy to learn and follow. You will get a good work out in 30 minutes. You can do this workout high impact or low impact. It's a fun way to exercise.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: CONCENTRATE ON KENDALL
Review: This video is "two in one". The first part has live drums, lots of energy, good instruction, and is really a lot of fun. You don't even have to be in the mood to excercise, but if you just put the DVD in and just LISTEN to the music in the first part, it will motivate you to get moving. Then, you'll be done in no time. The second part is so boring, I don't even attempt it anymore. It reminds me of when step aerobics just started..no umph!! Just the overall look of the set was depressing also--think early 80's. Yuck. It pales miserably in comparison to Kendall's routine. His routine fuses dance and the excercise aspect together (and the nice set doesn't hurt, either). So, the four stars is basically for the first routine on the DVD. I would give the second one a big fat ZERO -- unless you like to sleep during your workout. The two really are like night and day, and I don't understand why Crunch put those two together. Overall, I'm still glad I have the video, but I wish I could have just gotten Kendall's routine for half the price I paid for the whole thing.

Summary: Definitely worth it!
Review: Two great workouts! I think the "Step & Sweat" routine is more difficult than the "fat burning" routine. This is definitely for intermediate and advanced steppers, but a great DVD!
