Review: I enjoy this workout dvd a lot. It is perfect for someone who is just coming back to working out and it's great for someone who has never tried working out, b/c it is so simple a child can understand it but yet it gets so intense.

Review: I have four Taebo DVDs in my personal collection; this DVD completed my fitness library. While this Taebo session isn't as intense as the older Taebo videos, it still gave me a great workout. To maintain a physically fit body, a person needs a variation of intense/semi-intense workouts to progress. This DVD gave me a break from the super-charged cardio workouts, but still left me feeling as if I'd accomplished another great workout (he even has push-ups on this dvd). Even though he performs them on his knees (for beginners), you can still perform the full-body pushups if you feel the need to push yourself.

Review: I liked this workout video a lot because it focused on my physical health as well as my spiritual health. It has encouraged me on my way to having a fit, healthy body and it has given me the endurance to keep going even when it gets tough!
