Summary: Awful...
Review: A human body is supposed to be attractive. These ladies are not only not attractive, they are ugly, with stretch marks and awful fake breasts, they are not less than 99 years old each.

Brrr. Wasn't a pleasant experience... The whole 10 minutes i managed to watch.

Summary: could be a LOT better
Review: Again, this is a great concept. What could be better than watching hot nude women do yoga anyway? The yoga section is pretty good, though it's old and the women are mostly silicone. Think bargain bin porno with all the nudity and none of the sex. The tai chi section is just bad. Look for a deal on the VHS nude yoga. The video transfer of that is pretty bad anyway.

Summary: Like They Say Horrible Tai Chi, Not to Bad in Yoga
Review: Forget the Tai-Chi part... Other than seeing (and possibly getting sick of seeing) nude ladies... Pretty much useless.

The Yoga part on the other hand in not that bad, and you will actually learn a little something. Not the best of Yoga tapes (or even close to it) but it's entertaining, fun to look at (at least for me), and somewhat instructional. It's a change of pace from all the other tapes... You can daydream a little (not that that is good - espcially in Yoga, sort of defeats the purpose but...) while practicing some Yoga. Anyway, it's a good thing that with the DVD you can skip right to the Yoga section...

Don't buy it to learn Yoga... But it can be used to add a little variety and spice to your normal workout.

Summary: Very Nude but not very Yoga
Review: I can't judge the Tai Chi but the Yoga in this video was not well done. The producers hired attractive women with gorgeous bodies and large breasts--but no Yoga skills. So this video does not combine the beauty of Yoga with the beauty of the human body. It would be absolutely wonderful to have a talented and flexible Yoga instructor do Yoga postures correctly...and in a manner that is intentionally sexually explicit and erotic. I don't see any problem with that. Probably few if any dedicated Yoga instructors would consider doing that sort of video. I'm sure it would be frowned upon by the serious Yoga community which might consider it degrading. So we end up with a second rate product like this video. Too bad. Nevertheless, I do enjoy watching these women show us their bodies.

Summary: Ahhhhh it's like a yin and yang
Review: I find this DVD to be very relaxing. The models are hot and very naked...which is why one would purchase this DVD to beging with. I am calm and at peace with the universe watching this. Freeze frame and zoom can give an extra kick, howerver it is not really necessary. Light a candle, smoke something, maybe illegal (I didn't say that) and enjoy. Shaving certain hair is so very proper. Go to sleep or wake up to this one and your dreams or your day will go a lot better.

Summary: Pathetic
Review: I first viewed this as a VHS about three years ago as part of a research project. Not only is the Tai-Chi and Yoga useless, and the girls completely ineptÑthe girls also spend most of their time covering their genitals with their hands whenever they go into an open-legged squating position as if they are frightened and embarrassed by what they are doing. If the DVD is the same low-quality production as the VHS, I would not waste my time and money.

Summary: Very Good Yoga/Very bad Tai Chi
Review: I have used this DVD on and off for several months. I have found the Yoga section to be very useful in stretching my body and teaching my the (very) basics of Yoga. I am not into the spirituality of Yoga...I enjoy the stretch and the different positions the DVD take the user through. There are about 20-25 positions that stretch and work opposite muscle groups. Some of these positions are fairly tough; while others are easier. I work out a lot at the gym (cardio and weight lifting) and fid this DVD to be a great training aid when used once a week to keep me limber.

The Tai Chi section of the DVD is less than helpful. It is almost completely useless. The movements are not well documented and are not shot at multiple angles to show proper form. Form and movement are very important inTai Chi. This section of the DVD is the pits. I have removed one star from the rating for the terrible Tai Chi section.

In all, the Yoga section of the DVD is excellent for the beginner. The nude models are kind of strange to get used to. But after a few sessions, you start to work on the positions and not think about the models. Worth every penny.

Summary: Cool way to learn Yoga
Review: I like to start each day with my nude yoga dvd. The stretching and breathing go great with it's relaxing music. The instructor is perfect and the ladies in the yoga class are easy on the eyes.
