Rating: Summary: Great Workout that Goes By Quickly! Review: I found myself very motivated to do this video. I love that it is broken down into three 10 minute segments and the fact that there is a countdown clock motivates you even more. The exercises were challenging, but not too difficult to do right away and the levels allow you to increase your intensity as you gain strength. The upper body workout really helped me loose the weight I gained in my arms and back. I really like the ab workout as well- it is very strengthing. I can feel my abs again! I highly recommend this video!
Rating: Summary: The same says it all Review: I used the "pre-natal" workout video before and the "post-natal" after my daughter was born and highly recommend them. This video was just challenging enough to be fun and did a great job of strengthening my back and retoning my abs, along with working the other muscles. Each of the segments are 10 minutes long and the routines are easy to learn and don't require you to bounce around (a real plus in my opinion)! I liked the ability to choose what muscles I was going to focus on and how much time I had to myself. You should still plan to walk or do some other exercise for cardio, but this video is a great way to get your muscles back into shape after a baby.
Rating: Summary: Good workout Review: This DVD is great because it's broken down into three 10 minutes workout. I can choose to do all three if I have time or just do one if I'm busy with the baby. My baby is two months old so her schedule is very unpredictable. It's nice to be able to squeeze it some short workout in between. The workout includes some stretching and works all the major muscles. The exercises are fun and easy to follow. There is also a countdown clock on the bottom of the screen so you can keep track for the time.
