Review: I just tried this DVD today. It was pretty easy to follow. Lots of hamstring and arm work. I had fun. The 32 minutes felt like 10. Highly recommend.

Review: This is the first Richard Simmons video I have tried, and I am sold. The music is upbeat, the moves are easy to learn, and I actually look forward to exercising every day. It also helps to see other "real" people in the video rather than all those thin professional dancers.
