Rating: Summary: Intense workout Review: Cindy's tape is GREAT! The workout really strenghtens your arms, abs, hips and thighs. This tape is not for beginners, but if you want a serious challenge this is the tape for you! Great music!
Rating: Summary: This video is the most effective one I've ever found Review: I had lost this video during our move and had to get another one that's how good it is! After having my second baby I wanted to get back in shape and this has helped me tremendously. You will feel like you've done a hard workout the next day...you won't move as fast! Cindy stresses in her video to take breaks which I've found out is very important and beneficial because your reps need to be strong. Don't try to keep up if your out of shape because it'll wear you out. It has alternating workouts for each day. The last one is a quick workout when you don't have a lot of time to do the 45min. ones. The music is great and as you build your muscles you will burn more fat. I've lost 10 pounds and I'm feeling great! I've never found another video like it. I tend to stick to all the Cindy Crawford ones!
Rating: Summary: GREAT! Review: THIS IS AN EXCELLENT VIDEO. I HAVE OWNED IT FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS NOW, AND STILL USE IT TWO TO THREE TIMES A WEEK. I STILL GET SORE! I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD USE THIS TAPE ON IT'S OWN BECAUSE THERE ISN'T A LOT OF CARDIO, BUT IT'S AN EXCELLENT TONING AND STRENGTHENING TAPE. IF YOU EAT RIGHT AND DO THIS TAPE CONSISTENTLY, YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOTICE RESULTS IN ARMS, LEGS, HIPS, AND ABS.
Rating: Summary: Not really into workout videos but enjoy this one Review: It reminds me of the exercises we did at school but 20 times harder! This is a no nonsense, work your muscles to death type of video. Beginners take care and don't try to keep up with Radu's counting but when you manage to complete the first 45 minute workout and not feel pain - pat yourself on the back. Cindy tends to whiz thru the warm ups and cool downs/stretches so hit pause and do it at your own pace. Great music and cinematography and 3 workouts to chose from. All in all a very good buy.
Rating: Summary: Fast abd results - actually look forward to working out! Review: Bought this 2 weeks ago and am amazed at how fast my stomach has trimmed down. Enjoy working out with Cindy - she doesn't do the bubbly, hyper thing - Just a good, hard workout. My 18 year old daughter is the one that told me about this video and she loves it too!
Rating: Summary: Thank God for Cindy!! Review: i've been using this tape on & off for about 8 years. it works the bits it should, they ache and then u start and look great. no prancing around like some chicken on heat, just concentrated reps and sets targeting all those essentally "dangerous" areas for the female form! It's not too fast, in actual fact once u do this everyday, it's counted too slow. as for "unsafe" - where? i always feel stronger in areas previously weak e.g. lower back, so ignore that! (just don't push til it burns, reduce the amount of reps as recommended!) looking at cindy's figure throughout actually motivates me as she isn't a stick insect but has the body I want and can aim for (apart from the extra 5 inches in height unfortunately!) and the music is good, although if i had one dig - bring out another tape of similiar format, 2 new workouts and newer music...everytime i hear "crazy" by seal now i'm constantly reminded of kicking my legs in the air!!!! and one more thing - YES, for the first 2-3 days after the first workout dont be surprised if ROBOCOP can walk better than u can!! It hurts!
Rating: Summary: I keep coming back Review: I bought this tape about 6 years ago. I have used it regularly on and off. I always get results quickly and get toned, stronger, and more flexible. This is the only workout that has shrunk my waist. I like that there are 2 workouts to alternate between. I would not recommend it for someone who doesn't know how to adapt the exercises to make them safer. Some things should not be done the way she does them, but they are easily adaptable.

Rating: Summary: Awesome toning produced from this video Review: I bought this video a couple of years ago and had forgotten about it. Three months ago I pulled it out of my closet and popped it in. I have been doing this tape consistently now and feel so proud of the results. I mix alternate days with the Kathy Smith toning exercises to add variety. I have also become much more flexible and can do the splits again with her lengthening exercises.
Rating: Summary: love it! Review: A very intense workout. I thought it was clear and easy to follow and Cindy was calm and not as perky as a lot of other video instructors are. Was a bit hard on my knees at first but that could be worked around. The benefits far outweighed the very few bad points.
