Summary: A Challenge
Review: I was pleased with this video. Not boring or too easy. I really felt the leg workout on my outer thighs, but I do wish there would have been leg workouts for the calves, inner thighs and hamstrings. The ab workout was good, and not all at once. A first set of abs, then chest, then a second set of abs, then arms and a last set of abs. Nice to have it spread out. The music and locations are good. This video is two steps up from her first awful one. This one is safe and fun. You will certainly sweat and need water close by.

Summary: Keeps your interest. Good results.
Review: I like this video because it exercises all parts of the body (including some helpful back exercises) and it keeps you interested with several different groups of repetitions in different segments. I have heard that Cindy's first video was unsafe, but it doesn't seem to be the case with this one. The exercises are effective and demonstrated correctly, although the cueing is a little weak at times. I can now see stomach muscles for the first time and my arms and shoulders are toning up nicely. I find it a little long for my schedule, and often cut out the cardio section, but it still leaves me feeling refreshed and strong.

Summary: NOT WORTH IT
Review: Don't waste your money. Received this video by accident. I ordered the first in the series, and I don't think I'm even going to make the mistake of buying my original order. Saw no reason to have Ruddu in the tape, and aside from Cindy's good looks(which are ephemeral), no reason to watch. if you want a good workout tape, get seal pt training.

Summary: Good Toning/Strengthening, Bad Cardio
Review: This video is good for bringing together all those exercises you know you should do, but don't, but its not a replacement for cardio work. The warm-up routine is good, stretching you out and warming you up at the same time. The "cardio" section is really just a lot of leg exercises in a row, but they are good strengthening/toning exercises. The arms, back, and abs sections are well-done and well-paced. Radu (Cindy's trainer) gives some helpful form pointers, which keep some potential injuries at bay. I recommend this video for someone coming back to exercising after a break, or as a workout to intersperse with cardio tapes, or as a good workout for someone who is more concerned about increasing muscle or muscle tone rather than increasing cardiovascular capabilities.

Summary: A Good Workout
Review: Not for beginners! But a very good workout for those with a strong muscle base. Also, good for people who don't like weight lifting but know it is an important part of an exercise program. Cindy's reps are short so you get a workout but don't get bored. Additional cardio work should be added to your overall program for best results.

Summary: Best Total Body Shaper
Review: I've used this video after each of my four pregnancies to get back in shape and lose the weight. I discovered it after my first baby, and lost 80 lbs. in eight months. I love the variety in the cardio segment, and especially appreciate the way movements from different sports are incorporated. The ab work and strength segments have flattened me out, tightened me up, and built my shoulders. I've tried many other workouts, and always come back to this one. Highly recommend it!

Summary: 3 months and still going strong
Review: I wrote my first review in OCTOBER 1999 and now it's FEBRUARY 2000 and I'm still using the video and have never felt better. I work out almost everyday and have lost inches and weight. My husband and family can really tell the difference. Usally I can not stay with an exercise program for more than 6 weeks but it has been 3 months now and I am still enjoying this video.

Review: My wife loves this video. Her results were a lot sooner than we expected too. It's a tough work out. I weight train and I won't even try it. It works for her, beautifully.

Summary: Surprisingly good
Review: I have to admit, I was skeptical. I did not think this was going to be a good video or a good work-out, due to the poor quality of some celebrity fitness videos I have tried in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this video. It is a challenging workout, high quality, and fun to do. It does require a bit of strain on the knees, so I don't know if I'd receommend it to someone with bad knees. Overall, though, I think it is a tough, fun workout and an excellent video. With her trainer's help, Cindy Crawford is very good about safety tips and explanations and actually seems to enjoy the workout. Definitely worth it.
