Having great abs and arms is the most important thing for impressing women...
That's why this video was so appealing to me. So I bought it, I used it, and I
fully integrated it into the work I was doing with the "New Sex Now" video
system as well as the very advanced "Goddess Worship" video techniques
for awesome results and much appreciation from the ladies.

5 Stars for all 3 !
Rating: Summary: Good collection of workouts Review: Both of these workouts are good - The Abs are so hard to get through at first and the Arm workout you will probably want to have some small weights to use along with the video.
Rating: Summary: Ooooh, my aching abs! Review: First a caveat: I have never purchased an exercise video. I'm reasonably young, healthy and fit. But with two little kids, finding time to exercise got harder, so I broke down and bought 8 Minute Abs & Arms (based largely on reviews read here). I must say, I'm very pleased with the video. It's easy to do, it's very fast, and it makes a point of providing access to the exercise for beginners, intermediates and advanced fitness freaks. The production value is similar to that of a low-budget adult film, but that's the only negative thing I can say about it. Best of all, I can see and feel results. After about 10 days, I notice a more toned look in my gut (and, surprisingly, in my neck). And I feel that familiar soreness that comes after a good workout. That, to me, says it all.
Rating: Summary: 8 Minute Abs Works!!! Review: Forget the excuses. 8 minute abs is short, easy and effective. Do it everyday and you will notice results. PERIOD. Do not buy the VHS version, you'll wear out the tape. The DVD is much better. Apart from the 8 minute abs I have also done the 8 minute stretch and cardio exercises for when I was not able to make it to the gym.
Rating: Summary: The clothes may be outdated, but the workout isn't. Review: I (like a reviewer way down below) also had the 8-minute abs/arms workout on VHS and have recently upgraded to DVD. I too agree that this will work for your flabby tummy and jiggly arms, expecially if you're anything like me - a person who does not at all enjoy exercising. As to the 80's "gang" who will assist with your new transformation (I've renamed them, Todd, Sven and Belinda Carlisle) their personal styles are indeed dreadful, but their bodies are nice and tight. It's not a bad incentive to try to look like a hot 80's chick. Buy the DVD, laugh your butt off at how cheesy it is and firm up your beer belly!
Rating: Summary: Forget Hours at the Gym Review: I am amazed at how fast I am seeing results just after 4 days of using this tape, and the buns and legs tape. Although I am thin, I bought this tape to tone my body. It is excellent. It is so motivating to know that you are done in only 16-17 minutes for the abs and arms part, the time it takes me just to get to the gym. I am comfortable in my own living room, wear whatever I want, and listen to good music that is not blasting in my ears. I started with 3lb weights, but quickly moved to 5 lbs to make it a bit more challenging. The instructors are actually motivating, and will make you laugh. I like the fact that there is a clock so that you can see how much is left in 30 to 45 second segments. That is it- it is easy to continue the move when you know that only 10 seconds are left. A couple pointers- DO NOT STOP IN BETWEEN THE ABS AND ARMS WORKOUTS. Continue on, because it is easy to just bag the second workout later if you stop. Secondly, THERE SHOULD BE NO EXCUSES- IT IS ONLY 8 MIN LONG. Third, PAY ATTENTION TO THE MOVES AND BODY POSITION AS THIS WILL ONLY ENHANCE AND CHALLENGE YOU EACH DAY. Fourth, BE PATIENT. I started seeing results in 1 week. I use this when I come home from work, and know when I go to bed, that I have done something for my body every day.
Rating: Summary: GREAT product for BUSY people! Review: I bought this DVD after reading the reviews and I have to admit I was very sceptic at first, but after using this product for 2 months it has been the best exercise program that I have ever had! It is only 08 minutes for each workout and I have honestly lost 2 inches around my waist and 15 pounds! I am going for 2 more! Great product for those people that are very busy. This is the first product that I have followed through with and I believe it is because it is only 08 MINUTES long!! If You have a hard time with those 1-2 hour exercise videos this ones for you!
Rating: Summary: Who doesn't have 8 minutes to spare? Review: I bought this DVD to help me tone up my abs and it is working. I agree with the first reviewer that the music is cheesy, but the exercises are great and they work. The most appealing thing about this workout is that it takes only 8 minutes so you can fit it in everyday. I recommend this for anyone trying to tighten up the tummy.
Rating: Summary: This DVD will kick your A-s, er Abs! Review: I bought this primarily because of the reviews I read here and the fact that exercise DVS are still a rarity (love DVD format). I was skeptical because I thought "How am I going to tone my big fat stomach in 8 minutes a day?" Well my friends this WORKS. I am already seeing a difference in 3 weeks. What's more, the video, while challenging, is easy to follow. I hate it when the exercises are so complicated that I am not sure if I am even doing the exercises correctly. You will have no problem following these. I had bad lower back pain when I began this program and it is just about gone now. My Doc gave me a sheet of back exercises to do, but I never wanted to do them. As a bonus, there are some cool bonus workouts including a 20 minute kick boxing workout done by a tough navy seal looking dude. Boyfriend thought that was cool. I bought the "8 minute workout" DVD set that includes butt, abs, arms, legs, etc. It wasn't much more money just to get everything at once. I have to try the other workouts and will report to you!
Rating: Summary: Is it bad to expect more for 8 minutes Review: I feel like I am watching a late 80's/early 90's infomercial. The quality of the video is pretty bad. Perhaps I have been spoiled by other DVD's like Tamilee Web's "I Want That Body" that had me more pumped and motivated than this one. I came away from the 8 minute workouts somewhat disappointed, and definitely not as motivated to keep trying it. But that's the point isn't it? These videos should kick our butts and make us want to come back for more. I'd recommend the Tamilee Web and Quick Fix programs over this one any day... but maybe I am expecting too much for 8 minutes.
