Summary: Simple but yet so much more
Review: I have all of Cindy's exercise videos and this one is by far the most informative and refreshing! I'm so happy she chose to work with Kathy this time. The video didn't have that rushed feeling like her first video did. Even though I didn't just give birth, one of the three segments are wonderful to add to your daily exercise program or to use one of the segments alone. I do wish I would have had this video when just a new mommy. Cindy and Kathy really make you feel as though you are right there with them hanging out and doing something wonderful for your body. You do walk away feeling you have more energy for your babies and that you just had some good fun girl time. Enjoy!

Summary: overblown visual affects, not an honest title
Review: it appears cindy c did this video for the money, because she has no business being the STAR of this workout. She looked ok SIX months after delivering, but that is not fair to women and is being untrue to her words. She sold out to make this, and with all the wild affects, it should win an emmy or something for all the great beuaty shots, i think more time was spent on the production than the actualu choreography of this workout. I'd suggest something else, like a Leisa Hart video.

Summary: Love it!
Review: I am a mother of two and too busy to be motivated! But still, I find myself popping in this video more often than any of the others that I bought that were either too fast paced and took too much effort to learn the steps or boooorrriiinnngg. This one has decent music and I like all of the excersises - not too demanding yet not a waste of time. easy 10 min, med 10 min, hard 30+ minute sessions on one tape. You choose!

Review: The abs section is truly the gem of this workout video!

Summary: If only I had the time!
Review: Great video - I just need the motivation to put it on more often - unfortunatley there's no miracle to losing weight - you still have to do the keep fit - the purchase is only the start!!

Summary: Good for moms
Review: I have two kids ages 2 and 4. My body has changed since the second kid. This video really helps the stomach pouch you get with the second kid. The music is decent and there are 3 workouts. I usually do the main workout which is 41 minutes long. Sometimes I do the workout B (16 minutes) along with the main workout. This workout is good for moms who want to get fit. It will make you sweat but it is a decent workout. You will need two 3 pound weights, a mat, playing cards and a chair. If you want to tighten up this video will help.

Summary: This is a post-PREGNANCY tape!!!
Review: I checked this tape out from the public library. I had no idea it was a post-pregnancy tape; but I tried it anyways, to see how it was.

It consists of 3 workouts, A, B, C.
workout A has some stretching, workout B, has some more stretching, and workout C is the real 'workout'.
its about 45mins long, has the usual warm-up, then its arms/lunges and some cardio sets, some more arms and buns/abs and then a cool down.

This tape doesn't look hard when you first watch it, but when you actually do it, it can be a good workout.

I like this tape, I specially like the arms and abs parts.
But i really don't think that this tape will get you back in shape! you need more cardivascular! this is more of a change of pace tape!

The background is nice, it's in some living room and changes to the beach; the trainer (Kathy Kaehler) is always there with Cindy, and the music is good.

Summary: Excellent and safe
Review: I am just getting past the morning sickness phase and decided to purchase several pregnancy workout videos. Most of them are so dated and are overly perky and cheerful; I just feel stupid doing them. I read a previous reviewer's comments about how she used Cindy's video during pregnancy and decided to try it. I absolutely love it. I have only used Workout C (the long version) so far but can imagine days when I'll only be able to do the shorter workouts individually or combine the two shorter ones. The moves are very simple and take no concentration to master. She concentrates heavily on toning, but there are two cardio sections as well (I would suggest supplementing this video with walking or some other type of cardio). The music is music that you would actually listen to outside of working out. There is an intense ab workout section, and ACOG recommends that after the first trimester you do not lay on your back to exercise. I simply do pregnancy-safe ab exercises during this section. I can see how helpful Cindy/Kathy's ab exercises will be post-birth/labor though. This is definitely a great, well-shot, well thought out video, and I highly recommend it.

Summary: Perfect video for DURING pregnancy!!
Review: Contrary to the impression most reviews have presented here, this video isn't just for post-partum or otherwise. I'm seven months pregnant, and I've been using this video for a few weeks. It is safe (trainer Kathy Kaehler is especially cautious with the situps - which is so important during pregnancy), and I love it (it remains true to Cindy's traditional "music video" feel, with the changing scenery and camera tricks).

I own all Cindy's workout tapes, and have followed her workouts for more than ten years. Up until my sixth month of pregnancy, I faithfully used "The Next Challenge". However, once six months hit, I just couldn't endure it anymore!

Like another reviewer said, you will still sweat with this video - especially on the days you do all three workouts for a full hour of exercise. Be sure, however, to fit in water breaks (unlike her other videos, this one doesn't allow for them). The three workouts are perfect for pregnancy since there are definitely days I just can't muster the energy for Workout C. I still supplement this video with walking on those "energetic" days, and by my seventh month now my Dr. says I'm right on target with weight gain (I've gained 15 lbs.).

If you are at all scared about pregnancy weight gain, or just want to begin a healthy fitness routine while you are pregnant, I highly recommend this video as an integral part of your health and fitness goals.

Summary: COME ON CINDY
Review: THIS VIDEO CAME HIGHLY RECOMENDED BY FRIENDS AFTER MY SON GOT OUT OF THE N.I.C.U AND I WANTED TO GET BACK TO WORKING OUT.
GREAT SCENERY, WONDERFUL MUSIC AND USEFUL MOVES. IT CREATES A RELAXING SETTING. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED WHE YOU FIND OUT THAT THE LADY WHO CREATED AND DOES THE WORK OUT HAD TWINS.

BUT, CINDY WAS MORE LIKE THE GUEST STAR. IT WASN'T HER ROUTINE, SHE WASN'T WEARING A BRA AND YOU KNOW THAT'S GOTTA HURT IF YOU ARE BREAST FEEDING AND ATTEMPTING TO REALLY MOVE. SHE SAYS YOU CAN DO THE MOVES RIGHT AWAY BUT ADMITS SHE DID NOT DO THE VIDEO UNTILL 6 MONTHS AFTER BIRTH.
