Summary: Feeeeel the burn!!!
Review: All I have to say about dvd is "Oh my!" I decided to try out the buns section today after my leg workout at the gym, and boy, did I feel the burn. I'm saving this one for my days off...if I keep up Tamilee's workout, I'm sure I'll soon have that coveted body! I'm glad that there weren't a billion other people working out as well, it really helped me focus. The diet plan and eating tips seem helpful as well. I go to the gym about three times a week, but when it's too rainy or cold I'll just have a party with Tamilee.

Summary: Excellent workout - I am NOT easy to satisfy!
Review: Being a person who truly LOVES to work out and gets very easily turned off by boring, not challenging programs, I was very positively impressed by Tamilee's workouts. Six 15 mins sessions that truly focus on results-based excercises. A MUST have - you will not be disappointed!

Summary: Wish I'd have found this sooner....
Review: This DVD is GREAT!! Broken down into 6, 15 minutes segments (2 abs, 2 arms, 2 buns), this DVD works great as a supplement on light cardio days (a refreshing walk in the brisk winter air!) or to squeeze in a bit of weight training while the kids nap :-) Tamilee is the best....there's no messing around with this girl, she knows her stuff and makes sure you get the job done with moves that really work. Try this, you'll love it!!!

Summary: very good workout
Review: The exercises are great. The warm-ups are silly in a typical way. The stretching is inadequate. So I warm up on my own for 10 minutes. Then I do one 15-minute segment of each body area (in a different order than on the DVD) and then I stretch on my own for 10 minutes. I fast forward through Tamilee's warm-ups and stretching. It's an hour well spent.

Summary: Bli-mey
Review: I'm a Brit who exercises daily to DVDs, and who decided to add some American programmes for more variety. I hate to admit it, but American home fitness has it going on far more than our home grown stuff; love your walkaways, your tae-bo etc etc. But terrific though lots of it is, my English reserve has me cringing at the American insistence on clapping myself or having to listen to constant motivational talk (we only do self-depracation at home - I can't possibly say Go Me). However, in Tamilee, I've found a presenter who not only clearly knows her stuff but just gets on with it, calmly, without ever embarrassing me or making me want to throw things at the telly to stop the relentless perkiness. And man, these workouts work! Maybe you guys are superfit, but when she suggests on the Buns 1 workout that we add weights for higher intensity, I shout something rude and disbelieving back at her. Like other reviewers, I love the way this is divided up into 15 min sections, and usually tag one on the end of my cardio. But be warned (or at least, soft Brits be warned): OUCH!

Summary: GREAT WORKOUT!!!
Review: I love this DVD! I have always liked Tamilee Webb's videos and instruction technique--she is very clear and not at all annoying like some exercise gurus. This is a very thorough workout and even gets the heartrate up. The exercises and routines are easy to follow and there are two programs for each muscle group (abs, arms, buns) for different difficulty levels. The Program One workouts are tough, but still doable for a beginner. I plan to make this DVD a regular addition to my workout!

Summary: Best workout DVD!
Review: This is a great DVD workout! The buns workout is really challenging-go slow if you are a beginner because you will definitely feel it in the next day. I think the Abs Program 1 routine is great. If you eat sensibly, you will see results quickly. If you are going to buy 1 DVD for muscle strengthening/toning, buy this one!

Summary: Short But Effective
Review: This DVD is divided into 15 minute workouts, so if you're in a hurry, you can choose skip to one segment and be done in a few minutes. However, don't let the duration fool you. It is a very effective 15 minutes. I've seen dramatic changes in my abs and butt. This is the first program I've used (and I've used a lot!) where I've seen such noticeable changes. I find the 2nd second ab session very challenging, but it works. The butt excercises really lift the behind and give it a nice shape. I haven't really used the arm sessions but a couple of times, so I can't rate them, but the rest of the tape is awesome. Another good thing is that Tamilee is not annoying like other instructors. Since she isn't a model or movie-star who suddenly decides to make a video, she comes across as really knowing her "stuff".

Summary: Excellent Workout!
Review: Today I type this review with sore legs and sore abs... yesterday I did part 1 of the buns routine, and part 1 of the abs routine. And today, I am really feeling it! This is a great set of workouts. Many of the exercises are very basic (squats, crunches, bicep curls, etc), but they really do work, as shown by Tamilee's extensive laboratory testing. The super-circuit formatting of the workouts makes them even tougher - you will feel quite fatigued by the end of a workout. (If you don't, you need to use heavier weights) After seeing all the science behind the exercises, it makes you wonder, why aren't ALL exercises from other videos tested in controlled laboratory conditions? But that's beside the point, I guess. Buy this workout, you won't be sorry. You will get the most bang for your buck. Tamilee is friendly and upbeat, but not overly sweet at all - a very good coach. If I had to come up with a complaint, it would be that there isn't enough post-workout stretching. When you do a strength routine that intense, you need a lot of stretching afterward, and these workouts kind of lack a bit in that department. But just add your own thourough stretch routine, and you should be fine. Overall, an excellent video - you get 6 15-minute workouts, so it's a terrific value. I highly recommend it!

Summary: A great tape!
Review: I just recently started working out harder and bought this tape to see if I could learn some new techniques. I swear this is by far the best DVD I've bought yet! The angles make it easy to learn how to do the moves correctly, and it doesn't require anything but a chair and some light weights. Following this religiously will really make an impact. And it is set up in 15 min segments, so you can do it all at once, or whenever you have a few moments to spare!
