Rating: Summary: Great workout! Review: What a great workout! The instructor is pleasant and easy to follow. It has toned my stomach, thighs and buns in just one month. I take one section and do just 10-minutes each day and after two weeks, friends and family started to see a difference...this is worth getting!
Rating: Summary: Tone UP and feel GREAT!! Review: I left this DVD on the shelf for a month because I thought it was a hoax. How could anyone get toned up and lookin good in just 30 minutes a day and without going to the gym?!?!?! After I decided my 2 mile hike each morning was not toning up my legs, butt, or stomach I pulled the tape off the shelf to give it a try. Having had 2 babies pretty close together, I lost the pregnancy weight but was left with a droopy body! After three weeks of doing CRUNCH 3-4 times a week (and continuing to eat right!) my husband can't keep his hands off me, my clothes FIT better than BEFORE I had two babies, and I'm gettting some muscle definition!! I'm so excited and motivated to keep it up! These are the best spent 30 minutes a day and I would recommend this tape to anyone who is new to Pilates because you WILL GET RESULTS and feel great about the workout you've completed!

Review: For a long time I've been hearing about Pilates but I didn't know how it worked, so I decided to buy a DVD because it would be easy for me to do Pilates at home. The exercises aren't so complicated and while you do them you really feel that your body is totally working out. It's great!!!

Rating: Summary: So much fun! Review: I just tried this video for the first time today and I am hooked! There is one girl who does the beginner's version and I followed her moves which were easier but still challenging. At the end of the video I realized I could reach down and touch my toes for the first time in years! I took dance for a long time and always struggled with flexibility but this tape transformed that in 30 mins! The ab section is good but the thigh section is the best. More than anything, I was having fun and was entertained instead of the usual boredom and urge to quit. If youre looking for an aerobic workout this isnt it, but if you want to feel your muscles working hard and stretching long and lean, this is a godsend.
Rating: Summary: This should work for anyone! Review: A couple of years ago I was in a car accident and have suffered from back, leg, and hip pain. Medication and therapy didn't help. Recently, I decided I've had enough of being uncomfortable all the time. I heard about Pilates and figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. I've been doing the workouts every day for over a week now and my discomfort has been reduced dramatically. I'm also "morbidly obese" (I hate that term) and was able to follow the instructor with ease and without using the modifications they provide for those who are challenged. For the first time in my life I'm starting to enjoy working out. Anyone can do this!
Rating: Summary: I hate to exercise but i do this workout Review: this crunch pilates workout rocks! i have never done a pilates class before so i was a little uneasy about blindly purchasing a dvd to work out to on something i had no clue about but i was surprised and happy to find that the workouts were segmented into 10 min groups for belly, thighs and buns and then there is an additional 10 min total body which really got my heart pumping. i do this dvd about 4 times a week and love it...i have only been doing it about 2 months and i have totally noticed a difference...i dropped a pants size!
Rating: Summary: Great buy! Review: I really like this one. You can work 10 minutes or do all 3 and work 30 minutes. 30 minutes goes by pretty fast on this workout. It's not too difficult and you will feel it the next day. It's a great addition to your yoga/pilate library.
Rating: Summary: Great for beginners Review: This DVD is great for pilates beginners. I noticed a tightness in my stomach within 2 days and lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks (I am slim to begin with, which may be why I didn't notice anything major like some of the other reviewers). The exercises are easy to do because they change often. I have been doing this DVD almost every day for 3 weeks and now find it to be a little too easy. It is a great DVD for just starting out, but you need to get something a little more advanced if you're looking to lose weight or majorly tighten muscles.
Rating: Summary: Absolutely Love It! Review: I used the DVD for the first time last night and I must say that I absolutely loved it! I have been doing the Windsor pilates for about 6 months and loved it but was a little bored with the routine. So after some research and reading all of the positive cutomer reviews about it, I decided to buy this DVD. The workout was awesome! It's a great mix of exercises for your abs, butt and thighs. I definately feel it today....but in a good way!
