Rating: Summary: You won't be dissapointed with this... Review: I bought this hoping it would help with my belly bulge & I want to be more flexible. I have used it for 1 week. I know not much can happen in one week but I felt a difference in my butt & mostly in my stomach. You don't think you are doing hardly anything but they REALLy make your muscles burn in a great way.. Its cut into 3 10 min segments, one for belly, butt & thighs. Then there is an additional 10 min segment for a total body challange. The instructor is very nice & explains everything. I am a newbie to pilates & she really stresses the importance of breathing & makeing sure that your movements are accurate. I can't say enough about this. YOU WON'T BE DISSAPPOIONTED!
Rating: Summary: Quick & Easy Review: I read the reviews for this DVD before I'd actually purchased it and I LOVE IT! I have other yoga videos, but I love Ellen and she's a great teacher. But over the course of one week, you will definitely see results, NO JOKE. But this only comes with eating right and doing it CONSISTENTLY. I definitely recommend this and it fits into my time well, being I work full time. The reason why Pilates works is because it focuses on the smaller muscles and tones from there. This is a great video though...I'll recommend it to those who are just getting started.
Rating: Summary: This is a total workout in only 30 minutes Review: I have been doing this workout for a few weeks and I do it every day. I love this video. I have another Pilates workout video (I won't name names to put down another company's workout) but when I did that workout I had neck problems, was constantly using Bengay and was unable to work out for several days. I think that workout did more harm than good. This tape you can use every day. I am into a size 9 and plan on getting into a size 7 some day soon.Buy this tape and try it - I guarantee you will love it as much as I do. I have about 10 yoga tapes and this tape is the best.
Rating: Summary: more ten minute fun Review: I started with quik fix pilates, then added this two weeks ago. I really enjoy both tapes, this one has a few harder moves in the last two sections. I find I grab this and quick fix to get me started. Wish more folk would make the ten, ten , ten format. Its so easy to do "just ten minutes", then ten more.. then ten more... this is a good beg/intermediate tape.
Rating: Summary: nice for beginners Review: This is a great tape for beginners. You can ease into Pilates like you would yoga. Very relaxing. Very Nice no stress. Each 10 minute sets goes very fast.
Rating: Summary: The Best Review: I have been doing this workout for the last six months, and it is the best. I tried one other pilates video and couldnt even understand what was going on. Ellen explains when to exhale and inhale, making it so easy to follow and she is so easy to listen to. The tape is great for busy people who cant get in a full work out all at one time as well. You can do 10 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes. It's perfect. I highly recommend this as I have gone from a size 10 to a size 4 since I started using this video!
Rating: Summary: Excellent Workout for beginnners Review: I have always dreaded working out with all the sweating and huffing and puffing, but I love using this video because you get just as good a workout doing small controlled movements than you do when you are doing fast workouts. I really like this instructor. I use the tape every morning, and she never gets annoying. I feel great and can see my waist getting smaller and I feel really tall and confident. This is a great buy. I just wish I could find another workout video with her in it.

Rating: Summary: Fun work-out for a lazy bones!! Review: I have bought lots of work out videos and DVD's in the past, but have found them too complicated or over challenging. This work-out is great. Its all mat work, so no jigging about. After one session I found muscles that I didn't know existed, particularly in my abdomen. I think its brilliant. Its also divided into four 10 minute sections, so you can pick out parts of the routine to complete. I can't wait for the new pilates DVD on Sept 9th!!!
Rating: Summary: wonderful Review: after using this tape for only a few days, i could already feel and see a difference. i already have a fairly athletic body, but its hard to stay in shape over the summer. i've only used the first 10 minutes on this tape, just because im so thrilled with the results on my stomach. this is definately worth the 10 bucks. give it a shot!!
