Of course, it's not aerobics, but anyway I did not expect it. Just very nice girls (especially jumping one). I would put 5 stars if it was real aerobics with attractive (naked!) instructor. Since there are some who give their comment as this is erotic and they are probably teaching how to have sex in the air either....never mind take this like a dream.

Summary: This is what I've been looking for!
Review: Finally the erotic nude workout DVD I have been dreaming of! 7 gorgeous women (with natural breasts) perform fast-paced exercises while cameras artfully pan back and forth over their bodies. There are about 10 exercises with up to 4 ladies exercising at a time. They are placed in interesting positions to each other in a completely white studio that does not distract from the main attraction. The workout is shown twice, clothed and nude, and both are worth viewing. The clothed version shows the ladies from very titillating angles, more so than the nude version (for example, in the jumping jacks exercise.) However, there are still many times in the nude version where you will clearly be able to see all details. Thankfully, the DVD allows you to select slow-motion play for about 20 seconds' worth of the most revealing camera shots of every exercise routine. The girls are exercising vigorously but smile every now and then, which really endears them to you. The way the cameras pan over the bodies, initially showing only part of an arm or similar, shows the DVD is not meant to actually work out by, as it is initially hard to tell exactly what movements are being made. It has the effect of whetting your appetite to see more. Sometimes that can be bothersome, though, if it continues too long. The music is upbeat but slightly repetitive. Bottom line: Ron Harris did a wonderful job. More, more, more! If you like this, consider Totally Nude Yoga and Tai Chi, Nude Stretching and Nude Tai Chi, where beautiful women (enhanced breasts in the latter two videos) perform slower exercises, in an elegantly erotic way. My wife likes all of these, too.

Review: i just received the dvd and decided to work-out, but there was no instructor and the moves were near impossible to see b/c the video is of their lips and hair. yes, there are nude people, but it's a waste of money if you plan on exercising to it!

Summary: This is my favorite DVD
Review: I'm usually ashamed by some of the DVD's I buy, but this one is okay because it contains some very helpful exercise routines. This is probably best suited for beginners, but the routines they demonstrate are good at concentrating on all parts of the body. I make sure that I exercise to this movie at least once a day.
... They're pretty, physically fit, and I bet they're really nice too. If it takes DVD's like this to promote a healthy lifestyle, so be it.

Review: I've seen many good reviews about this DVD, and I went ahead and bought it off Amazon. The verdict? HUGE disappointment!!! What's wrong with these people who say this Totally Nude Aerobics is any good at all?! The girls are heavily made up, the Asian one particularly looks like a 1960s Shanghai hooker. The music is downright cheesy, like straight from some home-made cheap porn. The so-called "aerobics" are simply repetitive movements that bore you after just 5 minutes! Spend your money elsewhere! Give this piece of junk a miss!

Review: If you want an instructional workout video then go with something by Kathy Ireland or Denise Austin... this vid is simply naked women doing aerobics. From a straight male's perspective it's absolutely awesome and very entertaining, but don't expect this to be an instructional workout video as that is NOT it's purpose. The women are very attractive and energetic and of course VERY nude! But then again, that's the point isn't it?
