Rating: Summary: Seriously kicks butt! Review: I just recently purchased this DVD and I'll have to tell you that this really worked for me. My abs really felt it the next day and I was pretty sore. I work out every day so when I knew I had to take a break for a second while doing the abs exercise, I knew it was working. The instructors are encouraging. The minute I popped in the DVD, I thought it looked really Jane Fonda-ish (old school) and thought the exercises were too, but I realized it's the little moves that really work your muscles out. Drink lots of water after the workout because sweating is guaranteed!!! This is a great video and I know that with consistent use, I will see results in no time. I have already seen amazing results with Ellen's Pilates video.I have tried other DVDS such as the Pilates and Fat Burning Pilates with Ellen (Crunch, NY) and Windsor Pilates. I'm a Pilates freak! By the way, those Crunch Videos work like a gem and the Windsor Pilates (on informercial) are not worth the money. Only the accelerated video worked for me and the other two were just there, waste of money. But the accelerated video really works.
Rating: Summary: best workout video ever!!! Review: I bought this video and saw results in 6 weeks. The workouts were not too long, and it is refreshing to be able to customize your own workout. I liked the fact that one of the ladies is a mother of more than one child, and she looks like a mother... The workouts are fun, and I have even purchased one for my friend.
Rating: Summary: Great workout Review: With two little kids at home I have found this to be a great workout. You can pick any 2 or 3 10 minute segments and really feel like you get a good workout. Great for toning and firming butt and leg muscles.
Rating: Summary: What A Find!! Review: I bought this DVD a few months ago based on the reviews I read here at the Amazon site - all saying what a great toning/spot exercise DVD this was. Well, I'm happy to say the reviewers were right! Now, if you are looking for an overall body workout that includes cardio, this isn't the DVD for you. But, if you are like me and use other tapes or DVD's for the cardio aspect of your workout but also want to get in some toning and spot work after the fact, buy this DVD! The wonderful thing about it is that you are able to choose between 9 different workout segments, program from one to three segments at a time and mix and match them daily so that no two workout days are alike. I really love this option because there are days where I've already worked my buns and legs to death but haven't done much in the way of abs and arms. No problem - I just put in this DVD and choose one of the three ab 10 minute ab workouts and the 10 minute arm/upper body workout and the problem is solved. Also, the nice thing about each of the 9 segments is that there's a little countdown clock in the lower corner of your TV screen that lets you know where you are at in the segment and how much longer you have to push yourself before you're done. I like this because some days I just want to be done with my workout and that little clock works as a psychological motivator to tell me "it's almost over... only 3 minutes to go..." The instructors on this DVD are really good as well - so much so that I've become a fan of Minna Lessig and have bought both her Balanced Blend workout and her Emergency Workout and haven't been disappointed with either and highly recommend them both as well. The only additional item you'll need for this DVD is a set of hand weights for the arm and arm/leg segment and then... get ready for a great spot/toning workout! You won't be disappointed!!

Rating: Summary: Good toning DVD for busy moms Review: I have a 10 week old son and have been anxious to get back into shape. Since I don't have time to make it to the gym just yet, I bought this DVD and have really enjoyed it. I love that I can squeeze 10 minutes in here and there throughout the day when my baby sleeps. THe exercises are very targeted and pretty challenging. I think the arms/legs section by Minna is by far the best on the DVD. I do find Nancy, the instructor with the short hair, a bit cheesy, but overall it's a great DVD and I wish they'd come up with a cardio version with the same format and instructors!!
Rating: Summary: I use it everyday!! Review: I love this workout video. I own a variety of workout tapes and this is by far the best. Now that I no longer take six dance classes a week or run track for exercise, I needed to find something challenging enough and interesting enough. This video helps me to keep my figure and is time efficient!!!! I found dance- workout videos to be time consuming and not challenging enough. This workout gets me going after 30 minutes and I love it. I have yet to be bored with the many comibnations of workouts!!
Rating: Summary: A must have! Really! Review: This was my first DVD that I bought to start working out at home. Everything I have bought afterwards is a complete disapointment! These girls are great! I absolutely love that you can mix and match the workouts to your needs. I pick a different combination everytime I workout. I really wish they would make another DVD like this with the same instructors.
Rating: Summary: Overall a good work-out Review: I really liked this dvd. It was nice to customize my workout, I really like that this dvd has a countdown letting you know how long you have left in each segment. Before you know it, you're done and onto the next work-out! The only thing I wished this work-out had is a good warm-up and cool down. I just do it on my own which is no problem. Overall, a good work-out!
Rating: Summary: I love the buns sections Review: I think the abs sections are a bit weak (probably excellent for beginner abs). I did not attempt the legs plus arms sections for my knees get sore easily. I did do the arms section without the legs and thought it was great! In addition, I absolutely LOVE the buns sections!! They are awesome and don't leave me with sore knees as some other buns workouts have in the past! DVD probably directed my a man for there was way too much breast showing. I found that irritating!!! I don't want to see their boobs!!! I want to workout!!! How tacky!
