Summary: BRILLIANT AND ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING
Review: Feet of Flames is totally awesome!! The extra numbers and the close-up shots of troupe members and the nice editing were great. Far better than LOTD or Riverdance. "Dance Above the Rainbow" and Bernadette's new number were beautiful. The close up shots of Damien O'Kane, John Carey, and Cian Nolan were fantastic. No one has ever nor ever will make a show this extrordinary. It's absolutely perfect!!!!

Summary: Best Show in the Universe
Review: I have seen Michael Dance live twice in Lord of the Dance, and Feet of Flames has got to be his best accomplishment yet. If you have not seen it, order it and if you where there live you have witnessed a legend that will be around for a long time.

Summary: Brilliant and breathtaking.
Review: The scope of this show alone, the largest stage show ever produced, was awesome, and with nearly 100 dancers! I enjoy Lord of the Dance immensely, but this version literally had me gasping for breath. Several new numbers that have been added are amazing. "Dun" as the Druids, the "Flute Jam" with Michael and the musicians, Anne Buckley's new songs, with "Carrickfergus" and "I Dreamt I Dwelt in Marble Halls" as standouts, and of course Michael's own solo, Feet of Flames. Bernadette Flynn's solo, "Dance of Love" is haunting, full of grace and beauty. And Flatley playing the flute for it, backed by the National Orchestra is magical. His own flute solo was touching, and his own reaction on this, his last night with LOTD, was very moving. In another new number, "Dance above the Rainbow", the joy and excitement from the dancers is able to be felt throughout, as it practically jumps off the TV screen at you. This was a show that was being so obviously enjoyed by the dancers themselves, that it's joy is contagious. Each of the stars of the show have matured so much since the original, that it was astounding seeing that they had improved even beyond the perfection of the first show. The cameras did their best to show the faces of individual dancers who are in the troupes of LOTD, but the show is so huge that it was very difficult. A stand out performance by Daire Nolan as the Dark Lord, with a shocking, lightning fast duel with the Lord of the Dance, (with a surprise in it) had us on the edge of our seats. These men were working within inches of each others faces with flying high kicks delivered at high speed. Gillian Norris' temptress was sultry and sexy, even more than the original show. Michael Flatley himself seemed to relax more with this show....it must have been very emotional for him. He is looser, and just seems to be having fun (and heartache) with his last performance as the lead. The entire cast of this show are all truly amazing talents in their own rights, and Michael has left the show in good hands. Overall, the editing was much better than the original tape, although audience shots during the performance are not appreciated. However, there were not too many of those. The slow motion on the leaps and kicks, however, I did not like. I bought this video to see Michael Flatley and Troupes at work, not to see fancy camera tricks. Still, there were only a few of those, however, at critical times. Overall, however, the filming and editing, for a show of this magnitude was well done and I do not hesitate to give it 5 stars. It is pure magic and joy and delight. A must have.

Summary: Amazing
Review: I've seen Riverdance, Lord of the Dance (many times) and now Feet of Flames, and all I can say is - It's AMAZING...and will be watching as often as I can...WTG Michael Flatley and the LOTD dancers!!

Summary: The more improved video of Lord Of The Dance...but is it?
Review: The Feet of Flames video is the ultimate concert video! The colors, sound and camera angles are almost to perfection. The much hated rapid-cutting which was used in the LOTD video is cut down! BUT, after viewing several times, you will begin to notice there is still the use of too many rapid cuts! However, face expressions and atmosphere are captured perfectly! All the material which was occuring during the night is on the video, which is the big bonus! It's definitely two hours of magic and heart pounding excitement which takes you into the outstanding dreams of Michael Flatley!!!

Summary: A Barrage of Talent!
Review: Whew! No video has caused me to watch it five times the first two days I've owned it. Not even the original LOTD performance. Feet of Flames displays everything from new costumes to new songs and choreography as Michael Flatley bade farewell to the masses in this one-off dance spectacular. Filmed in Hyde Park, London on July 25 of 1998, Feet of Flames captures Flatley and LOTD troupes one and two at their best. This video is a must-have and is nothing less than awesome. To sum it up, it's an outstanding and adrenalizing performance of music and dance. Where else would one find 84 dancers on the same stage all at once?

Summary: Beastarama
Review: What a beastie. Lose the 'tude and PLEASE get some nicer costumes. I realize that Michael requires his women to look sexy, but these outfits are pretty hideous. They are not even becoming (in my opinion). I really hate that Michael's show is associated with Irish culture. I think that's what bothers me the most... call it a Vegas show and I wouldn't have such a problem with it.

Summary: Excellent entertainment for lovers of LOTD and Riverdance.
Review: This is a real treat for anyone who loves Celtic music and the rhythm it produces in their hearts. Stunning collection of young talent; pure joy is reflected in the smiles of the performers. For those of us who love Lord of the Dance and wanted more . . . . this is it. For the children in Irish Dance who can't keep their feet still, Michael Flatley gives them hope that this is something they have a future in something they love. So those of you who can't think of a gift, here it is. All you have to do is wrap it up. I loved it and it really left me wishing it weren't only two hours long.

Summary: Simply THE best musical video available on the planet!
Review: Goosebumps, always goosebumps. Ronan Hardiman is the best composer on the planet. Period. Add the amazing dancers and musicians, and you have a music video that is more exciting and entertaining than any other out there!
