Rating: Summary: Excellent intro to Salsa dancing. Also, a great workout Review: Lisa has a wonderful personality and teaching style.The running time for this is 45 minutes, it's a decent low impact cardio workout that won't put you in an anaerobic state. But if your CHIEF reason for getting this is to get a cardio workout to burn fat, you might not be happy, and may want to go for kickboxing, step or hi-lo. However, if you want to pepper into your workout some workouts which are different and fun, and you want to learn Salsa dancing, this is the dvd for you! I loved it, and am glad to have it in my collection. I'm an intermediate/advanced level fitness buff who frequently does Cathe Friedrich's workouts - cathe.com - but this satisfied a different need - the need and desire to learn to dance and move with more sensual fluidity
Rating: Summary: A Great Workout Review: We got the video right away and I am really having fun dong the salsa with Lisa. The end of the video helped me on a few of the moves. Now that I'm better I am really working up a sweat and have lost a few pounds. High recommendation. Can't wait till the next one and plan to get the hip hop program.
