I have been extremely interested in the mystery of the white crane systems for a long time. This set of five DVD's gave me the depth and knowledge that I needed to fully understand this white crane system. It is a treasure of information more valuable to a martial artist like myself, than can be expessed into words. I am thankful this ancient system is revealed at last so clearly.
