Rating: Summary: A joyful, expressive, ladylike exercise Review: This is a wonderful dvd workout. It's almost strange for me to say workout, it is hula, it is a beautiful dance. It does takes some getting used to, but the women dancing the hula have so much joy in them, it relaxes you and makes you feel like you can just laugh off your mistakes. If practiced regularly it definetly conditions and strengthens your muscles, especially in your legs!!! I would reccomend this dvd to anyone!! Kick boxing and Tae bo can be so violent and aggresive excersises, hula is graceful, alluring, and great for toning. You will enjoy your new toned body and beautiful expressive dance from practcing Hula!
