Review: I personally think this is Vin at his best because he put so much into it. As a fan, I feel very honored having watched Multi-Facial. Theres nothing better than having an artist whom you believe in so much give you such a great gift like this! Not only that, Vin has so much to offer. He teaches us so many things. Trust me, if you don't have this film YOUR MISSING OUT!!!

Summary: Interesting character study, good DVD.
Review: I stumbled onto this DVD and found the quite enjoyable short "Silent Rain in the Ninth." There's a timeless quality to the piece and if you enjoy character studies, this film nails an aging horse gambler quite well. Good sound design and the black and white horse footage has an excellent texture to it.
The Diesel film is Vin Diesel doing Vin Diesel any way he can, an appropriate actor vehicle piece, but not much more.
"The Job," I also enjoyed.

Summary: You'll Fall for Vin for SURE
Review: I was already smitten with Vin Diesel when I bought this...but seeing Multi Facial clinched it. There's something so magnetic about this man. A stunning physical specimen, certainly - but it's more than that. There's strength, vulnerability, intelligence, sensitivity. He's the real deal. And if that VOICE doesn't set you on fire, ladies....check to see if you're still breathing!

Review: I'm not sure which muddy creek Arthur Feidler has been drinking from, but I think this first-time filmmaker has found the fountain of truth; The Job is one of the most brutally honest depictions of racial vengence I could ever hope to see. And if you watch closely, you can spot a certain author in the background, not quitting his day job. Author, Author...or should I say, "Arthur, Arthur!"

Review: I've been buying the Short series since I heard that one included "La Jetee," and I've been hooked ever since. Volume 5, while short, is by far the strongest collection overall. Multi Facial, in particular, as well as Buy My Film, are great. Their compressionist is doing a better job, as well, and the graphics are the best you'll see on any dvd.

Summary: Don't Waste Your Time
Review: If you want to waste a portion of your day being soul-numbingly bored and dissatisfied, I highly urge you to watch this movie. I enjoy short films, but this stretched my patience too far. With the exception of "The Job" each of these short films are pointless drivel. Adding insult to injury, before each film are commercials and previews that undermine the whole concept of independent films. This DVD was an experience in dissatisfaction.

Summary: Vin Diesel Can Act
Review: The reason I bought this dvd was to see MultiFacial. I wanted to see what Steven Spielberg saw in Vin Diesel. I enjoyed it. I felt Vin Diesel's pain through all the rejection. It seems as if he was baring his soul. He, in the end, realizes that maybe he is not alone and other actors experience rejection on many levels.

Review: This compillation of short films is the best I've seen to date. And the artwork is just the cat's meow. It truly is a piece of Art and should be a DVD collectors piece, a must have for any DVD collector Vin Diesel is just brilliant!!!DVD guys you really did it this time. Thank You! No Wonder Spielberg had Diesel written into Saving Private Ryan.
