Summary: The Best Movie!!!!!!!!
Review: This is my favorite movie ever!!!!!!!!!! I reccommend it to you highly!!!!!!!!

P.S. I have the Space Jam soundtrack too, and it's just as good!!!!!!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Great for the kids and parents too!
Review: This is our 18 month old's favorite video (sure beats Barney!). In spite of seeing it up to 3 times a day, he continues to enjoy watching it as does our 4 year old and we can stand it too. The music is terrific. The subtle, clever, contemporary commentary on corporate sponsorships, "mickey mouse organizations" and Bugs' and Daffy's lack of licensing revenues, along with the one of a kind humor provided by Bill Murray, make this a movie adults can enjoy too. Captivating for all ages.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: If you liked Who Framed Roger Rabbit, You'll love Space Jam
Review: This movie and Who Framed Roger Rabbit are the best Movies of this nature. The Looney Tunes and Michael Jordan (the best ball player since Allen Iverson) playing basket ball? IT DONT GET NO BETTER THAN THAT. Michael Jordan cant really act in my opinion but those basket ball scenes and the looney tunes classic stunts make up for that. You'll love it. Just for the fact that the worlds funniest cartoons and biggest ball player are in the movie. Get it just for those reasons alone.

Summary: Like Michael Jordan, this is the best movie ever made!
Review: This movie is great. I'm 16 years old and I still think it's one of the best movies I've ever seen, even though it's made for littler kids. I have rented it like 8 times now. It seems to get better everytime I watch it. I would definitely buy this movie.

Summary: terriffic!
Review: this movie is not only increadibly funny, but it's imaginative to. you can tell it wasn't just whipped up in some board room in a big corporate office. i can't think of enough great things to say!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Wonderful! To me, it's really an unbelievably great film!
Review: This movie is one of the best movies America has ever made. I wonder if it's from Disney, though. Anyhow, I also like the story summary and the movie's content. I wonder who would come up with such a great idea.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: A great idea that could've been done better
Review: This movie is the perfect example of a good idea that doesn't quite work when you watch it. The animated sequences are spectacular, and Kath Soucie delivers the best performance as the voice of Lola Bunny. The live-action sequences, however, are questionable. Bill Murray and Wayne Knight are almost as toony as the Looney Tunes, but Michael Jordan performs horribly. He's an excellent basketball player and an excellent role model, but he just can't act. Still, there are some memorable moments in this film. I would recommend watching it at least for the animation.

Summary: Warner Bros. has finally flipped
Review: Three stars is high praise for a show like this, it DID have it's great parts, but on the whole, it shows little indication that the directors or the voice artists even WATCHED payed attention to the characters they were basing it off of!
The characters are unlike the originals. Case in point:

DAFFY DUCK -- One of the worst voices for Daffy I've ever heard! He has his funny lines, but when making a movie with Daffy Duck in it how CAN you even AVOID funny lines? This classic character (created by Fred Avery) is my favorite cartoon character. Why did they have to spoil him like this?

BUGS BUNNY-- Bugs Bunny's voice is bad, too. But aside from that, Bugs is OK (one of the few characters who is).

ELMER FUDD-- Yeechh! I could do a better Elmer voice than THAT! And the scene where Elmer Fudd makes a slam dunk is about as uncharacteristic as it gets.

PORKY PIG-- His voice is bad too. His lines aren't funny. He doesn't act like Porky...but besides that...

LOLA BUNNY-- Where in the heck did SHE come from? She isn't in any of the Looney Tune cartoons, so why is she in Looney Tune Land? Her voice is fine (just because she isn't in anything else, so I have nothing to go by), but if she had any personality to start with, she lost it halfway through the film. And when the giant alien is about to jump on Lola, she just stands there. WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH HER??? At least Wile E. Coyote TRIES to run (he doesn't ever get anywhere, but his legs move). Did she WANT Bugs to get crushed (as in flattened.) Bugs loves himself too much to do that, anyway.

THE TASMANIAN DEVIL-- After you watch the picture, you forget he was even in it. His voice is OK, though.

TWEETY-- Awful! Terrible! Horrible! Embarrassing! Tweety's voice is the worst I've ever heard, Tweety isn't innocent like he is on the cartoons, he's MEAN (and he's not even FUNNY mean, like Clampett made him).

SYLVESTER-- Call me crazy, but he's the highlight of the movie. He doesn't do anything, but his voice is great, his lines are funny and his personality is "spot on". I don't like what he does with the fishing pole, but hey! I'm sure he was looking for fish!

WILE E. AND THE ROAD RUNNER -- Funny, but they don't do much.

For much (...) better results, watch Looney Tunes: Back in Action!

Summary: Just a big cash in
Review: To me I feel that Space Jam is a big insult to all those Warner Bros. cartoon characters that we all grew up on as kids. We all know how out of control Michael Jordon's ego is with all the endorsments he makes, from Nike, from MCI, from rechargeable batteries, and of course, this movie. Generation after generation has come to love Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, and Bugs Bunny. Even the generation of kids who might have watched Space Jam seen these old cartoons and are not one bit bothered that they're often over 50 years old. Back in the 1940s and 1950s, Warner Bros. was out there to entertain the kids with these cartoon characters. In 1996, all Warner Bros. was in to is profits, so they use one of the NBA's biggest stars, and their classic characters and make it "hip" for the 1990s. The soundtrack isn't much of a help either, I couldn't stand R. Kelly doing "I Believe I Can Fly" or Seal ruining Steve Miller's "Fly Like an Eagle". If you're a big fan of the old Warner Bros. cartoons, stick with the old cartoons that used to be aired Saturday mornings and avoid Space Jam like the plague, unless you're a small kid who loves basketball.
