Summary: One off the all-time-greatest action flicks
Review: Although it is an ordinary action movie, the story is well-thought out, and the acting is quite good. Linda Hamilton plays her best part so far as Sarah McConnor, who already knows what the future holds and tries to change our destiny by preventing the computers, which start Armageddon, from being build. I think that this movie has revolutionised the movie industry, not in the least place by its spectacular special effects, and gripping story.

Summary: Stick to the original
Review: Like almost everyone else in 1992, I was hyped up to se this sequel to the 1984 Terminator. Now that I have seen it several times afterwards, I can't help but feel unsatisfied when I see it. It has practically nothing other than more violence that the original didn't have. The script is terrible, the acting awful and the hero is a CYBORG. It would have been much better to make Arnold the villain again. I think that Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the best villains in sound films in the original. But in this one he is the lovable cyborg that wants to know why people cry, learn how to smile(in the special edition). Can you think of anything more stupid?. And is the standard formula that all the victims of something that noone else can explain is sent to a sanitarium? I am so tied of it. It seems to me that James Cameron has gotten to be a worst scriptwriter as time went on. Definatly his best movie is the original Terminator and his stories has went on a downhill ride from there. There are a couple of good things about this movie. Which is (obviously) the special effect and the contrast between the terminator and the T-1000. After seeing the original again on Laserdisc, I was left with a much more satisfied feeling about it, even though it was certain that the world was comming to an end in the next 40 years.

Summary: My Favorite Movie...
Review: I am generally critical of most movies I watch - making it a seldom occurrence to find a movie that I truly enjoy. T2 had a good balance of story and special effects with an excellent sound track for mood supplemental. Arnold's natural speech and demeanor makes him the perfect terminator, not to mention Linda Hamilton is now on my list of girls who kick ass (action).
