Summary: Torgo outlasts the test of time
Review: Well I'm 23 now, and I still remeber watching this video for the first time when I was 15. All these years later I still laugh my behind off when I see it. This movie is filled with highly intellient humor reminiscent of Conan OBrien's work on the early Simpson's and the pre-sucky Saturday night live years. The movie itself is aweful, but Joel and the bots set up an alternate plot based on their own silly comments. It works incredibly well. This is my favorite episode. If you have never seen a MST3k episode, this is the one to watch. Alternatively, if you want to add one to your collection that will remind you of the cumulative hours you spent watching this show, Manos: Hands of Fate won't let you down.

Summary: The original is better than the MST3000 version
Review: "Manos" is considered as one of the worst movie ever made. I've seen the original version several times and I do believe that it is watchable, even enjoyable, Good campy film with an excellent performance from John Reynolds. The MST3000 version is ... and boring, surely because the original movie in itself isn't bad enough to be MSTied. The comments from Joel and the robots were great in some movies (check out "Mitchell") but ... in this one.

So please, don't believe what people say: Manos isn't a masterpiece but also not a bad movie. Watch the original version and judge by yourself and give the original film a chance.Maybe you'll like it as a do.

Summary: I guard the place while the master is away
Review: While I wouldn't go as far as saying this was the best episode up there(such things btw are very subjective, and don't really make sense) it is definetitely one of the best ones. The movie is just terrible and seeing Joel and the bots rip it up is non-stop hilarity. Not to mention the wonderful host segments that really dig into the movie. More people should dress up as Torgo for Halloween!

Summary: You know "Manos" the hands of fate....
Review: THE FUNNIEST G-D THING BEORE SINCE...BUT MAYBE NOT AFTER JR'S ELECTION TO THE WHITE HOUSE. TORGO, TORGO, POOR, POOR, TORGO. HE'S THE SCARIEST VILLIAN SINCE DON KNOTS, WELL WORTH THE CRAPTACULAR STORY AND PLOT OF THIS 'MOVIE'? LAST BUT NOT LEAST, YOU GET TO SEE FRANK ZAPA IN A BOLD CAMIO...OOOH.. AND LADIES WRESTLING THAT PUT G.L.O.W. TO SHAME. BUY IT, SEE IT, KNOW IT, LOVE IT. PASS IT ON FROM FATHER TO SON. YOU'LL LAUGH YOU'LL CRY YOU'LL THINK IT WILL NEVER END, AND BY THE END, YOU WON'T WANT IT TO. -SCOTT

Summary: Doggy go walkies?
Review: I could name countless films that are actually WORSE than "Manos: The Hands of Fate," but this movie has a strange low-budget energy that keeps it an easy target for insult, making it the perfect match for the MST3K crew. Take a small family (husband, wife, daughter), a poodle named Fifi, and a bellhop--er, servant--named Torgo (complete with two gimpy knees), and you have the makings for some inanely bad wackiness. Unlike most MST3Ks, you'll find the best riffs during the first half of the episode (the energy peters out slightly toward the end). The host segments are surprisingly strong (a parody of the 'driving' sequence; a talk on monstrous physical deformities; and Michael J. Nelson's priceless appearance at the end as Torgo the pizza delivery boy). Even though I wouldn't rank this episode up there with "Mitchell" and "Hobgoblins," it certainly does the trick.

Summary: The worst movie, but the best episode.
Review: This is the cheapest, cheesiest movie ever put to film, but it's also the best MST 3K episode. This is the one I was always going back to for repeated viewings. Even the Mads apologize! I've never seen that happen before, so this must have been bad. However, the comments make up for it. I like it when Joel & the bots imitate Torgo, the haunting(and funny) Torgo theme, the idiot 'Master' with the hands(get it?) on his robe, the very bad choppy editing, etc... I wonder if this one is available by itself? If so, who would want it? Oh, and the return of Torgo (played by Mike) as a pizza delivery guy, was funny as well.

Summary: The stunning debut of Torgo
Review: Michael and his familiy drive for about five hours (it feels like actual time) until he comes upon the dwelling of the sinister "Master" and his malformed toadie, Torgo. Then, the fun begins. Torgo quickly develops a taste for Michael's wife, then "The Master" shows up. It seems that "The Master" wants the wife for himself, to add to his brothel of moon-white, toga-clad zombie wives. By the way, "The Master" looks kinda like Edgar Allen Poe. In the end, a rebellious Torgo gets slapped around by the zombie wives. It's cool. Two thumbs up---WAY up.

Summary: The Haunting 'Torgo' theme
Review: This is the worst movie I have ever seen. Thank the Gods it was MSTed! Leave it to Joel and the bots to make this unbelievably bad movie, good.

Summary: wow
Review: This movie is horrible. I can't understand how anyone would even agree to be part of the production of this film. And as a plus, the comments are very funny. Just one warning, if you are depressed and don't have much hapiness or hope in your life, DON'T WATCH THIS MOVIE! It may just send you over the edge. It leaves you with such a sense of hoplesness that it really isn't safe. Even with the comments by Crow, Servo, and Joel I was incredibly depressed after viewing this film. But if you're into unbelievably cheesy movie than get this video.

Summary: the best worst movie your not watching
Review: this the worst movie ever made, not including eight heads in a dufflebag. It's so bad, even Dr. Forrester apoligizes for it being bad. This movie was Rated number 1 by the Msytie fans when MST3k was on Comedy Central. If you're going to start your MST collection, start with this one, you will not be dissapointed. Your friends will love hating this one. If you look closely you even see Mike in this episode. He plays Torgol.
