Review: Matrix is one of the greatest sci-fi action movies. Its special effect is so amazing that my eye balls were almost poped out. You may not understand its background and story at first. However, you'll understand what is "MATRIX" when you watch this movie over and over. "Matrix" is worth to purchase as DVD. You won't regret.

Summary: Awesome Movie
Review: Matrix is the best movie I have seen in a long time. My friends kept telling me to see it over and over again for about a year. I thought that I wouldn't like it because Keanu Reeves is in it. I finally saw it about two months ago and I have seen it four times since then. This movie made me think about reality as I know it a lot. The concept of the plot is amazing. It is so original, atleast I never heard of anything like it before. The action is ofcourse awesome too. The special effects are wonderful. The soundtrack is awesome too. I have had that before I owned the movie. I love Rammstein and Marilyn Manson and the techno music too. Massive Attack has a song in the movie that was not on the soundtrack. I wish their song would've been on there. So what I'm saying is see this movie and own the soundtrack.

Summary: First DVD experience
Review: Matrix is the first movie that I loaded into my new DVD player. The visuals and sound tracks far surpassed the VHS movies that I am used to. The movie is fast paced, and a startling concept. I've watched the movie six times and have not found any glaring future-tech blunders that usually ruin these types of movies. I find Matrix to be a very satisfying future/sci/tech movie that I highly recommend.

Review: Matrix is the most enjoying movie that I have ever watched.Its theme is so different and impressive.I want to celebrate Wachowski Brothers cause they write such a senario however I found something wrong on this senario it may be a mistake or a secret which will be explained in the second movie but I wont tell it because I want people to watch this movie carefully cause it is the most impressive science fiction movie ever.About the movie I can say that you should watch this because it is a classic.

Review: Matrix is the movie of the year, maybe even the millennium. It is a huge movie with a huge plot and a huge cast to carry it off. Keanu Reeves was "The One" he managed to go from a scared and nervous thief to a savior of the world. And I believed every minute of it. The special effects are great, but its the ones that are doing it that makes it "special" I still have the picture in my mind of Trinity walking on the wall, Keanu doing Kung Fu and ducking bullets in slo mo or jumping in the air and getting off 3 kicks before hitting the ground. Don't miss this one!

Summary: Something more than excellent; Director Actors Saluted
Review: Matrix may be classified as one the trendsetters, infact a new evolution in the cinema history. It has introduced new dimensions of the human life and in many ways it may rightly be said the most dramatic movie of the decade, Terminator-2, now falling to second place. Visual and Sound effects are really charismatic and one cannot stop to cling to the screen and remain there for the whole time. Its amazing how the fight scenes and the arms getting scenes have been picturised as nothing before. On the whole I congratulate Keeanu Reeves and the whole team for putting in such an effort; and wish u best of luck in future ventures.

Summary: Matrix- Better than The Phantom Menace
Review: Matrix will totally blow you away. It has something for everyone. You will need to see it many times in order to understand the full measure of its plot. The coolest thing is that it is actually a SPIRITUAL ALLEGORY and can be seen in several contexts. Also, notably, no uncomfortable sex scenes. You definetly are more cool if you have the Matrix on DVD or VHS at home.

Summary: Highlander for the 90's
Review: Mature fans of science fiction will instantly recognize the plot and theme of the Matrix as a rehash of old sci-fi standards. The concepts were only mildy thought-provoking in their original incarnations and have become downright boring in this latest presentation. Ooooh, 'Could my reality be fabricated?''Will technology rob us of our humanity?' Duh. Rabid fans will spout lines about the religious imagery, the potential of the internet and the beauty of excess paranoia but, in the end, it's all pretty lame.

The last film that inspired such religious fervor over adolescent concepts was Highlander. I think the appeal lies in the notion of a select few, who possess knowledge of a hidden world. Oh yeah, the main guy wore a trenchcoat in both films too.

So why four stars? Well, strictly as an action film, it's pretty spectacular. There are some genuinely funny moments, transcendant Woo-esque fight scenes and eye-popping special effects. The DVD is loaded with incredible sound-effects, and the transfer was nigh-perfect, showing off a very stylish production effort.
