Summary: The Best!!
Review: This movie was so awesome. Since, in the first one, they could explain the characters more, they could have more action and fun!
This movie was joined by the original cast as well as some new people. Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) was looking fine as ever!!! I also really like all the new kids. Iceman, Pyro, Lady Deathstrike, oh, and let's not forget our comical X-Man, NightCrawler! If you are a fan of the first X-Men, you will love this! I can't wait till they release it on DVD!

Summary: NOT EVEN AS GOOD AS THE FIRST!
Review: With a longer length and bigger budget, I knew "X-Men 2" would be better than the first. Turns out, I was wrong. With even less of a story (the story that exists is ....) and a horrible human villain, "X2" is all bangs and no drama. Action and effects make up for little. The Comics-to-Film formula is draining, as is evident of this mishmash. Grade: C

Summary: Edge-of-your-seat action
Review: As with many movies of this genre, the viewer must suspend some common sense and accept a new reality. The premise of the X-Men franchise is that mankind is evolving... at a geometric rate. While many remain as humans, more and more "mutants" are born everyday. Seemingly human on the outside, each mutant has a unique mutation that gives them a super-human power. There doesn't seem to be a true "mutation" that is not beneficial... no one is born with an ugly deformity, just a kick-butt super-power. Some can project flames with their thoughts, others can freeze anything they touch. Still others have super hearing, super vision, and some can walk through walls or teleport from one place to another. Professor Xavier (Patrick Stewart) is the proverbial godfather of the mutants, known as "X-men." While wheelchair bound, Xavier has incredible telepathic abilities. With what seems like an unlimited personal fortune, Xavier has built a school for the "gifted," a refuge for kids and young adults who are mutants. Young mutants have their talents honed and learn to control their skills by former school graduates. Non-mutated humans are naturally scared of the mutants, which seem to be everywhere. A teleporting mutant wreaks havoc in the White House, knocking out all Secret Service agents before they can even aim their guns at him. The mutant simply delivers a message to the President, but knowing what this mutant is capable of is enough to make the public terrified and willing to suspend civil liberties to anyone exhibiting mutated powers. Nazi-camp survivor, Magneto (Sir Ian McKellen), is liberated from the metal-free prison from the first X-men film. Now Magneto and other "naughty" mutants must team up with the "good" mutants to protect themselves from a diabolical plot to kill all mutants around the globe. The joining together involves no group hugs or mutual understandings between the hero mutants and the mutants with a score to settle. Only a modicum of respect for each others talents. The central character is still Wolverine (Hugh Jackman). A mutant with a really bad bed hair and big mutton chops. Wolverine has acute hearing, incredible healing abilities, and he has keen fighting skills. In addition, he has had an undestructable metal alloy surgically placed into his hands, which projects giant steal claw-like daggers between his fingers when he senses danger. The special effects in this film are AWESOME. There wasn't one scene in which you could tell that something was either computer generated or not in the same plane of view as the other live action characters. The action is super fast, creative, well choreographed, and just really fun to watch. The ending sets the viewer up for a probable 3rd installment of the X-men series in the not-so-distant future. Is this a deep, life changing film? No way! But if you want to escape into another world for a couple of hours, this is the place to go. As always, the good guys prevail in the end, and a lot of bad people get their butts severely kicked. If you love SFX and sci-fi, this film will not disappoint.

Summary: The Best Sequel Yet!
Review: Really, with all the sequels nowadays, it's hard to find one that really outdoes the first, but X2 does just that! It's fantastically fast and furious, whereas the first film dealt more with the moods of the outcast X-Men. It's also wonderfully filmed - the fight scenes and the set designs are glorious! And the actors all get their chances to shine in such rich and wonderful characters. I was thrilled with the appearance of Nightcrawler and the hints of the dark phoenix in Jean Grey. Also loved Pyro and the whole struggle between good and the various kinds of evil. GREAT STUFF!

Review: X-2 its a lot better than the first but some parts or borring but the begining was tight with nitecraller was poofing alround the wihte house. Also when wolverine was fighting ladydeath styke.

Review: This movie is the bomb x2 is all out action Hugh Jackman once again steals the movie as Wolverine (Logan).I thought it was very cool how the y could make the mutants turn evil or make them talk by burning that formula into there necks.The last thing I would have to say is that would recomend this to any Marvel comics fans.

Summary: One Of The Best
Review: One of the best films of 2003, X2 beats out the commonly and easily applied stereotype to most movies during the summer. THat being the less the pleasing stories from sequels and blockbuster budget films. However, X2 was a sequel and a blockbuster, and audiences loved the film, propelling it to heights much greater than the original. Set just 3 months after the events of the first movie, X2 finds all mutants being hunted down, similar to the foreboding prophecies given by Magneto in the first film. The X-Men, beaten, and seperated from each other, have no choice but to turn to their one-time foe, Magneto, if they are to defeat the villains and save the day. A truly remarkable film, X2 is definitely an improvement upon the first.

Summary: NIGHTCRAWLER IS THE BEST ONE
Review: Well-I just watched X-Men 2 and it was great! It was really exciting and everything-it never got boring! My favorite one was Nightcrawler-cause he was the coolest-how he could move and stuff! I even bought the soundtrack for this film-and its as thrilling as the movie is! Im buying this dvd when it comes out-thats for sure! I wanna buy the first X-Men dvd!
