Review: The movie, which was already a great one, gets even better with the addition of this footage. I wish more of the Aliens series had this type of surprise.

Summary: The best "Aliens" movie ever
Review: Alien was scary. Alien^3 and Alien Resurrection were kind of bland. Aliens is a showstopper. Lots of great scenes of aliens being dissasembled. Good casting of Colonial Space Marines. The movie dates well. The only problem is, of course, the sound - the movie is kind of old now, the DVD sound is not in DTS, but trust me, it doesn't matter.

Summary: A great addition to your collection
Review: As far as I'm concerned this is the best of what the Aliens movies had to offer. The extra twenty minutes blended in well without slowing the movie down. The photo gallery was a wonderfull bonus, not to mention how cool the menu system is. By far a worthy purchase.

Summary: I always knew Paul Reiser was evil!!!
Review: "Aliens" is considered to be far better than the original "Alien", but I've always thought both were excellent! Where this series goes downhill is with the next two episodes --- both of which are awful! Still this second film in the series, is one heck of a scary adventure, and very well produced! For sci-fi terror, it just doesn't get any better!

Summary: An extremely awesome movie
Review: THIS MOVIE IS AWESOME!!!! It is an incredible suspense film as well as a hardcore action picture. This is by far the best of the "Alien" films. I commend James Cameron on his action moviemaking. This is a must-have for any fan of action films.

Summary: The best of the Alien movies just got better!!!!!!!!
Review: The added scenes that were replaced add even more depth to the character of Ellen Ripley and Sigourney was, shall I say, Awesome in these. I can not imagine watching this movie now without those scenes. It would be rather lackluster to say the least. I could have done with out the James Cameron interview, but with DVD I do not have to watch it unless I want to. I would rather watch his work than listen to him talk. And thanks to to DVD I can. This is definitely a SCI-FI work of art, a masterpiece and will not soon be forgotten at least not by me.

Summary: It's ALIENS! What else do I need to say?
Review: Rightfully regarded as one of the finest science-fiction films ever made, ALIENS carries on the theme of ALIEN and makes it truly magnificent. Revivied 57 years after leaving the Nostromo, Ellen Ripley wakes up to discover that the planet where her ill-fated crew-members found the alien has been colonized. Treated as certifiable by her superiors, she reluctantly accompanies a battalion of marines who go to investigate when the colony ceases contact, and is plunged into a nightmare which is a marvel of excellent scripting, special effects and superb acting from the likes of Bill Paxton, Michael Biehn and, of course, the incredible Sigourney Weaver. I highly recommend that, if you are thinking of buying this film, you buy the director's cut. You will be treated to extra scenes which surpass even the brilliance of the original.
