Review: I have read several online reviews from "critics" who have downplayed this movie to the likes of a bad B flick. This is just immense proof that film critics truly have no right to have their occupation. This movie was perfect great writing, acting, and especially directing. The fact that this film was made with 3 sets and 6 actors could produce a movie truly worthy of an Oscar is amazing and it further proves that "Critics" need a new hobbie!

Review: From the opening scene until the end credits you will be on the edge of your seat. The big budget movies are great for assaulting our senses (and intelligence) with special effects and no plot. But Cube delivers what the big budget flicks can't. A great plot that does not rely on effects to keep our attention. Do yourself a favor and buy this movie. While your at it get Pi and make it a double feature. Two of the best movies last year.

Review: Best independent film I have seen yet! The cast is superb bringing the tension of the film up to par with big budget pictures. A very disturbing film, yet wonderful at the same time. A must see for horror and sci-fi fans! CUBE is a haunting journey into the unknown, filled with tense drama and few suprises that will keep you on the edge of your seat even after the movie. nuff said!

Review: This is one of the best films I have seen in awhile. I was quite impressed with the acting and the story, it kept me glued right to my seat. Also kept me wondering what was going on all the time. I would recommend if you didn't want to buy it, rent it, I don't think you will be dissappointed.

Review: Have you ever seen the society as a big puzzle of cubes? the persons that played with it are the basic type of personalities in our society. This is how I see what the movie is trying to say. That we cannot solve the puzzle unless we work and help each other in service-to-other orientation. That I need to view it at least 3 times to get along with it

Summary: Horrifyingly great!
Review: Wowee this is one great movie! Usually I don't like movies that are limited to almost one scene... In this case it's inside the devlishly cube...People get killed in the most sofisticated and gruesome ways if they don't know how to play along with the weird rules of the Cube. Are they gonna make it to get out, how many will manage or is anyone gonna make it, that's the everlasting question in this fantastic movie. Also thumbs up for the intrigue between the different characters in the movie. A film to watch over and over again...

Summary: CUBE mostly great throughout
Review: This was a great time. The film jumps right into the story and never lets up. The idea is very fresh and innovative and the complexities of the "cube" were handled first-rate. The only thing that got to me-and not too terribly much, I might add-was the over-the-top acting of one of the cast members. I don't want to name names, but a for most of the film his eyes looked as if they were going to pop out of his head. Over all, this is a pretty great first film for Natali and everyone involved should be proud of the outcome. Cheers for indie sci-fi.

Summary: An excellent mind game
Review: In cube, a strange movie concerning 6 strangers who wake up trapped in a huge strange cube with is lined with traps. They each must rely on the skills of the other to get through. Although the movie was probably made cheaply, you can't really tell form the well rounded camera work, to the smooth producing. The actors, all unknowns, do an excellent job portraying six normal people(Except for one autistic math master)who slowly go off the edge while trying to save their own lives. Worth, the man who designed the mysterious cube is one of the most well acted and most interesting characters in the movie. The cube is a masterful movie made out of some cheap sets an some good character acting. In the cube, you are your worst enemy.

Summary: Delivers what Pi could only hope to achieve, and then some!
Review: Cube is in a word magnificent. THE independent film to look out for. It's Genre blending film type of part Phsychological thriller, part Pure Horror, part conspiracy film, and of course part pure Human Psyche. The few special effects contained therein are well delivered and surprisingly well done on the bare bones budget. They should have dropped the few computer FX though (my one and only quarrel with the film). Very reminiscent of Jacob's Ladder for me (another spectacular movie that's not to be missed) and not at all because of plot but more because of the similar emotions provoked from each film, the utter sense of helplessness and of tension.
