Summary: Jurassic Park Rules!
Review: I saw this when it first came out and thought it was wonderful. I love the part when Lex and Tim were in the kitchen, the computer technology used was breathtakeing. I do have one problem, why isn't it on DVD?

Summary: Not bad, but it could have been a lot better.
Review: This is one of those movies, that always makes me feel sad. It is such a wasted opportunity. Sure, it isn't bad, Neill, Goldblum and Attenburough are quite believable in their respective roles and the supprting cast works hard to back them up, but why did Spielberg have to sentimentalize about the children? I know it is a hobby of his, but here it is really out of place. Excellent work of Sam Neill here, who manages to keep the story from becoming a tearjerker, but it shouldn't have been necessary. A shame.

Summary: Best Dinosaurs Movie Ever
Review: This movie is the best,I mean the best movie ever. I probably like it because I want to be a palaeontogist when I grow up. Also it is the special effects that it is in the movie, which make the movie real. Second it is the actors,SamNeil,Samuel L. Jackson,Bob Peck, and many more. So I suggest that you get this movie, it is worth the money

Summary: Terrible Adaptation
Review: This movie is an o.k. film, UNLESS YOU'VE READ THE BOOK, then it's just outright pittiful. The character development in this movie is extreamly bad, I'm surprised Spielburg directed such poor cast. The Characters themselves weren't even correctly portrayed. In the movie the main charachter, Dr. Grant, hates children. In the book he adores them! Even the two kids were reversed from their book counterparts. Don't buy this film, read the book instead.

Summary: My favorite movie!
Review: "Jurassic Park" is the best movie I have ever seen in my whole life. However there are some implausible moments in the movie. For instance, the dilophosaurus (spittor dinosaur) had a frill on its neck, which the vertabrae could not support; he'd literally break his neck! There was a brief scene of duck-billed parasaurolophus where they had long crests; they should have had short crests, since all the dinosaurs in the park were supposed to be female. But other than these moments, "Jurassic Park" is still claiming the title for one of the highest-grossing movies of all time. I love the special FX! One of my favorite scenes in the movie is when the ostrich-like gallimimus are stampeding through the valley, and one gets eaten by the T-rex. I understand that they are beginning production of a 3rd movie! "Jurassic Park" and both its sequels are probably going to remain my favorite movies for a long time to come.

Summary: Best Movie about Dino's
Review: This movie is old yet it is one of the best movies ever made. The actors are the best "Sam Neil,Samuel L. Jackson." And the dinosaures look so real. This movie is worth the money!

Summary: a true classic
Review: Jurassic Park was definitely one of the best actions movies ever and probably in the top 3 of the 90's. At the time it was the most influential movie and just about everybody was captivated by it because they hadn't ever seen anything like it. It'll keep you on the edge of your seat the whole time with all its adventurous action. The dinosaurs looked great and the park was actually somewhat believable, unlike a few older movie flicks that involved dinosaurs. I recommend getting this movie anytime, it's a true CLASSIC!

Summary: Jurassic Park: Now A Jurassic Classic Cuz It's So Old...
Review: "Jurassic Park" is so old, yet... so timeless, ha. I was a measley 11 years old when this box-office smash hit. "Congo" was... trash- sawry, Steven S & you die-hard "Mighty Joe Young" fans. The '93 "Park" (the prequel) is about a DNA experiment-gone-awry. Personally, the trivial filler (where no action occured) is tedious, but when it comes down to the wire and a T-Rex is bending over you like you're a pathetic ant... that's where it's at. It's a little grim for the kiddies, I must admit (when a Seinfeld character gets the ol' spitz in the eyes and bumrushed in his car, yeah... he died, heh heh). But I don't think they'll wake up in a cold sweat- "Mommy, I dreamt that I watched "Barney" and... he-he spit in Michael's eyes cuz he screwed up a line of "This Ol' Man"!" Oh, no- they'll just eat this up. The icebreaker is when the cast members are standing around while CG dinos are running amock like they're about to eat their last meal. The highlight, everyone will agree, is when it's "Tim & Lex vs. The Relentless Raptors," which takes place in a friggin' kitchen (scary, I know... but the idea wasn't too far-fetched for me to engage in). It's also funny when Lex has this stupid look on her face while her fork reverberates from the thumping baby Raptor Untouchables. Did I mention a dramatic "Tim about to plunge to his death in the J.P.mobile" scene"? Heh, heh, that was... kewl! (Not how he escaped death, but the anticipation that he would fall, yes!) Towards the end, it progresses into predictability and cheesiness, but nonetheless, worthwhile (despite a jaded attempt at a decent storyline). Rent/buy it for the momentary thrill. All 'n all, Spielberg's got himself a humourous/thrilling, yet very timeless classic amongst the "King Kongs/Godzillas" of the film industry. Heh, heh, kewl. Vote for this, you kool kats who took the 3 minutes to read it.- Braenchild.

Summary: I wanna go to Jurassik Park, Can we go? Can we?
Review: Old and excessively well off man creates the ultimate theme park on a far away island where the attractions are real live dinosaurs. But when he invites a team of theorists and his grandchildren to spend some time there, one of the employees shuts down the security holding the dinos in their places and they all escape and start killing people. Amazing special effects that bring the dinos to life and some good performances (especially from Goldblum) but unlike GREMLINS, the violence in this movie is way over the top. The chaos theory scene gives some of the surprise away. People who liked this movie should see CARNOSAUR. The two of them can't be THAT DIFFERENT!
