Summary: Awesome Movie!
Review: I saw this movie with my family in the theaters and it was really exciting and full of action. This movie included Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow, and might I say he did a mighty fine job of it. Orlando Bloom was the daring Will Turner whom is in search of his lady, played by Keira Knightly. She has been abducted by a crew of zombie pirates, on a the ship the Black Pearl. Geoffery Rush plays Barbossa, the Captain of the Black Pearl. This movie is an incredible film and after seeing it I would recommend going to Disneyland to go on the ride that started it all. Johnny Depp definately steals the show and i sincerely hope that there will be a sequel to this movie.

Summary: The single greatest movie I have seen for disney
Review: A stunning acting job by all of the actors. Jonny Depp, as the notorious Captain Jack Sparrow, is by far the funniest actor in this movie. Orlando Bloom, as Sparrows assistant, Will Turner, and son of Bootstrap Bill, plays an excelent role in the film. The beautiful Kiera Knigtly, Elizabeth Turner, plays as a wonderful assistant to the both of them. Geoffery Rush, the evil Captain Barbosa, is lso great. I would strongly reccomend this movie to anyone. It is hilarious and exciting. Put this movie on your Christmas list. To give you a hint of how great it is, I went to see it for the 4TH time! And the line to get into the theatre was back at the back wall. It had been out for 2 months and still I had trouble finding seats. Go see it today!

Review: if you like ghosts,pirates and johnny depp,get your popcorn,drink and empty bladder as this is the one for you.not only does it have great effects but johnny's acting is out of this world.with the film been over 2hrs long be prepared for the best 2hrs of your life.not scarey too much even for my 4yr old who enjoyed it.cant wait for the dvd version.

Review: I'd like to make clear that four stars, to me, means a really good movie. A lot of people have said a lot bad things about this movie, but the truth is that the movie has: great acting, a very entertaining plot (and credible, considering the type of movie), amazing visual effects, decent direction...what else? Of course, they did a wonderful job reproducing some of disney's ride scenes...oh yea, and great score. In synthesis, it is a very good movie, very entertaining, funny (and for moments even dramatic), and I believe it'll become a classic in the future. I really do think that Johnny Depp deserves the Academy Award, at least I haven't seen a better performance than Depp's in the year.

Summary: A Pirate version of The Mummy - only better!
Review: Pirate's of the Carribean is one of those movies you have to go into with no expectations to really enjoy. Although the movie has a good comedic quality about it and a fun, almost silly feel about it, the story line is a little cliched. Johnny Depp takes the cup for making the movie. Orlando Bloom, for all his good looks, just can't act a pirate that well - sorry ladies. Watch all the negative ratings come on this post! Keira Knightley is stunning, and does a decent job playing Orlando's (and Johnny's)love interest. Keep an eye out for her in the near future - this performance is a step up from her role in Bend it like Beckham.In classic Disney tradition, "Pirates of the Carribean" is great for family viewing and an ideal show if a lighthearted Pirate yarn is your taste at the moment.

Summary: great adaptation of a classic ride
Review: I thought everyone involved with this film did a tremendous job bringing it to life. I have to admit, when I first saw the previews, I laughed at the idea. But, going into the theater with no expectations whatsoever, I ended up loving it. The film is full of action and drama held together by a great storyline. I loved Johnny Depp-he's an amazing actor, and I couldn't imagine anyone else as Jack Sparrow. All the supporting actors did wonderful jobs, as well. This movie really shouldn't be missed, especially by those who love the Disneyland ride.

. the plot and storyline is awesome, the scripts and soundtrack, and the swordplay and comic action even better....all from an amusement ride at Disney. johnny depp playes the sashaying, word slurring, drunk, hilarious captian jack sparrow, who looks great in eyeliner and is very proud of his title. depp was gr8 in this film and i am a big admirer of his acting and movies ( chocolat and sleepy hollow were gr8, although the list of his other gr8 movies goes up to 25). he and will turner (bloom) team up with an unlikely crew to save elizabeth swan (knightely), wills crush and the governers daughter, who has been taken hostage by the undead crew of the black pearl. this movie rox, and i think i only chose five stars because it doesnt reach to six or seven...i loved it and saw it four times in theatres...and am most likely gonna buy it on ebay when it comes out.
