Rating: Summary: Ice Age Review: Ice Age I like the move Ice Age. I like the part where the take care of the baby and the part where Sid tries to take the baby home Sid is the sloth. Manny is the Mammoth and Diego is the Sabertooth. the problem was that they had search for the babies family the solution was when they found the babies family. Ice Age is a good move but not the best one that I have seen. When it took place was in the winter. Where it took pace is in the Ice Age.

Rating: Summary: Ice Age Review: In the movie called Ice Age I really like the part where Sid the sloth trys to go up the mountain with the baby '' but " Sid fell on his head.I like the movie because it is funny where it got me to laugh so much. At the beginning when Sid walks in poop he wips it on the Rinows food it makes the Rinows really mad so the Rinows chase after him when he runs into a Mammoth named Manny who helps Sid beat the Rinows. Manny and Sid are walking down the mountain when Sid started to be annoying. Then when they were walking when they saw a lady with a baby. The lady put the baby on the ground Manny moved the baby away from the water when they looked back at the water the lady was gone. Sid wanted the baby with him sense Manny didn't want to take the baby with him.Sid started to clime up the mountain when the baby fell and Manny cot him then, Sid fell on his head Manny ,Sid, and the babywent together. At the middle of the movie they met a Sabertooth Tiger named Diego. Diego wanted to take the baby back to his pack where they would kill him and eat him but Manny and Sid won' t let him take the baby because they love him so much that they will stand up to Diego. At the end Diego helps Sid and Manny take the baby back to his dad. Manny asks Diego if he wants a ride on his back but he said, " No" so Sid said, " I want a ride".
Rating: Summary: Excellent Animation and Very Funny Review: This movie is very funny. Laugh out loud funny. Slapstick funny. I have seen reviewers for this movie and for "Monsters, Inc." choose one over the other. There is no need to choose one movie over the other. Both are funny, both are good, and both are worth watching and having. Each movie has its own good and bad points, and I think there is no need to compare the two to each other, particularly since the only reason they are compared to each other is because of they were released relatively closely together.About 20,000 years ago an ice age is impending, and animals are migrating to escape the advancing ice. During the general turmoil saber tooth tigers attempt to take a baby from a tribe of humans. The baby escapes, but is now separated from his tribe. The baby is discovered by an obnoxious sloth named Sid, voiced by John Leguizamo. John enlists the aid of Manfred, a woolly mammoth voiced by Ray Romano, to aid in returning the baby to his tribe. Manfred drafts Diego, a saber tooth tiger voiced by Denis Leary, to help track the humans. Diego agrees since it allows him to steer the trio into an ambush. This movie is thus the story of how this unlikely group attempts to return the baby to his tribe. What a journey this group makes. It seems as though they skirt disaster and suddenly their salvation is a source of another laugh. The movie continues in this vein up to the ending of the movie, which is well done and satisfying. The ending was predictable, but for this movie the fun was not in the ending, but in the journey itself. This movie plays out like a Bugs Bunny or Road Runner cartoon. The characters are not overly cute, and are often behave somewhat crudely. With their relatively crude behavior, the characters appeal to an older audience than other animated movies focused on earning a G rating. The animation was also interesting in that it was not the highly polished and detailed look of other recent animated features. The characters are often angular and simplified in their execution. Since the focus is on the action and the story, and since I quickly felt comfortable with the art style, I didn't notice the lack of detail in the characters until after I finished watching the movie and was preparing to review it. This movie is one of the best animated movies created in recent years. The humor is slapstick and will remind older viewers of cartoons from the 40s through the 60s. This film will appeal to children from about age 5 to adults. Very young children may find the occasional violence and some of the situations the animals find themselves to be a little too intense. For everyone else, sit back, relax, and get ready for one laugh after another.
Rating: Summary: ice age Review: I think this movie was stupid and it is more of a movie for children then teenagers and adults.Sid is an idiotic thing they try and make funny, Diego wasn't that bad, but Manny is a grumpy mamoth who hates to help other things but does. Ice Age was Monsters Inc. all over again.

Rating: Summary: Ice Age Review: I think that I would give this movie four stars because I didn't like the sad parts but I think my favorite character would be Sid , the Sloth because hes the funniest one out of the whole entire movie. My second favorite would be Scrat because he is funny also and he is trying to put his Acorn in a safe place. My third favorite would have to be Diego because hes the coolest one and my least favorite would have to be Manny because he doesn't really act cool. The main plot in the movie is the Baby .

Rating: Summary: Good for kids, not so much for adults Review: I found the "storyline" to be monotonous and found myself getting up to take a quick break -- without hitting pause -- and I didn't miss much. The characters are cute and loveable, and there is some comedy and even some adventure, but they didn't last nearly long enough. The DVD does include some cute extras about the squirrel/rat that doesn't talk (Scrat) and "Bunny". Great cast - Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, and Denis Leary. It's a shame they wasted their time on this movie.
