Summary: Best Movie of The Eighties
Review: In the far beyond there is only one movie that I can honestly say that I was happy to see re-released and that is Transformers: The Movie. For the time that it was released, this movie rocked the world. And now that it has been re-released, it is time to venture back to my past to become one with my childhood again. This is by far one of the best movies that I will ever see more than 100 times and never get bored.

Summary: Transformers: The Movie
Review: Great movie with a great soundtrack. One thing I liked about it is that The Autobots and Decepticons didn't join forces to destroy this evil menace called Unicron, like so many other stories do when indroducing a third party that threatens to wipeout both sides of good and evil. Now if only it can be released to DVD with a bonus feature of having the music video The Touch performed by Stan Bush on it.

Summary: The Best Cartoon out there!
Review: I grew up on the Transformers. My brother and I lived the Transformers. And the movie was awesome then AND now. As a college student, I thought I would never watch Transformers, but, on a whim, I did. It is still amazing. Now, I can appreciate the moving storyline and even forget it is a kid's cartoon. If you let yourself get into the moment, you will see a truly good movie. Not just a cartoon, but an actual story-driven movie.

Summary: this is a great film for Rodimus Prime fans!
Review: It was August 8, 1986, the release date of the very first Transformers movie. It had all the orginal characters : Optimus Prime. Megatron, Ironhide, and Starscream. It was terrible to see them die. But this film actually started the post-movie series of the show. It featured the new characters. The next Autobot leader, Rodimus Prime! It was great to see Judd Nelson's character Hot Rod mature into the adult Robot, Rodimus Prime! If you want to know how RP was born than this is the movie for you! Go Rodimus! RP is called Rodimus Convoy in Japan.

Summary: Awesome cult favorite, not for young children
Review: Transformers the movie is one of the coolest cartoon movies ever. Awesome animation and a very mature storyline. The reason that this movie and the toys have become so popular again is the fact that this movie pulls no punches in violence and language, and its once young viewers are now adults, and it appeals to them for these reasons. The video release is actually highly edit with cursing and a few violent deaths edited out, hopefully the dvd release will finally give us the complete movie. But for these reasons I do not think the movie is appropriate for very young children, I remember the gasps of parents in the theater when the robots spewed slight cursing, the main character/hero dies, and megatron basically slaughters 5 heros with a cold blooded grin. I loved it when I was young, it wasn't stupidly kiddy, and treat me like I didn't know the cold violent facts of war. Try to find another childrens show like that. But I don't know if all children would handle it as maturely.

Summary: A Great Movie...A must have for all the fans!
Review: This movie is a must have for all you fans of the series. This movie includes great battles between the always evil decepticons and the great, earth protecting autobots. This movie has all the original characters, which includes Megatron, Optimus Prime, Starscream, Bumblebee and so on. It also introduces you to new characters, such as Galvatron and Cup. The movie is about the planet desroying Unicron, a robot as big as earth, and eats planets for lunch. The heroic autobots save the day (or do they?), while still fighting the decepticons. This movie is filled with great excitement and fun for everyone.
