Summary: A Highly Symbolic and AntiPostmodernistic Movie
Review: This movie is presented thru the point of view of a herd of college students who want to be free of all sorts of accepted social norms and conventions.(the marginal vs the main stream)As the audience views the faculty members thru that point of representation, faculty members are shown to be monster incarnated creatures who want to feed on students liberty. The representation of the faculty members is highly subjective and therefore symbolic. Two main symbols are Drugs and water. Ironically the so called monsters live on water, and are killed by drugs. The so called humans (the students) enjoy drugs and loath water.. What is postmodern about this film is its symbolic representation of main stream morality as monsterous. The ending, One could argue, represents the fascism of main stream culture that is not ready to tolarate or negotiate with anything marginal. If this is the message of the movie then it is totally antipostmodernistic

Summary: sci-fi horror gold
Review: In line with the latest string of teen/horror films, Faculty works where Scream 2 failed. The plot wasn't exactly inspired, but what it lacked in origionality, it made up for in intensity. Easily one of the best titles of the genre. A must see.

Summary: This is not a date movie, but it is suspenseful in a way!
Review: This movie is a must see if u enjoy suspense and a tad of humor. That is what Josh Hartnett is for. When he made a move on the new girl, and he tried to persue the teacher. I liked it so much me and my friends all saw it again. I also thought it was slick the way the teachers pretended that nothing was out of the ordinary. So take my word for it, you will not be dissappointed if you like suspense and a tad of humor.

Summary: Do not waste your time...
Review: This movie is horrible from beginning to end. To anyone with half a brain: I recommend you do not see this movie. A mindless trip into teeny bopper land. The only reason to maybe watch, is to play the " Let's see how many movies they ripped off" game. It just goes to show how fast Hollywood is cranking out movies, and not checking the quality.

Summary: I'd actually give it four and a half stars.
Review: I didn't want to see this movie. It was the only movie playing so I paid to see it. When I was waiting for the movie to start I considered getting a refund and waiting for another movie. Boy was I glad that I didn't! This is the most fun I've had at the movies in ages! I love monster movies where the good guys are running away from some hideous, slimy creature. Alien Resurrection and Godzilla failed to capture this, but The Faculty captured it brilliantly. It kept you guessing as to who the Queen was (kind of like picking the killer in the Scream movies). And where Scream made fun of slasher movies, and Scream 2 made fun of sequels, The Faculty pokes fun at the sci fi genre with Star Wars, ID4, ET, and X-Files references. The only real downer in the movie was it's endorsement of drugs, but this movie is a real blast!

Review: This movie has to be my favorite movie of all time, thanks to the great acting of the lovely Jordana Brewster (aka. Delilah). The story was entertaining and fresh, with an unpredictable ending. Great acting by America's best young actors. Also, the music from the movie is great, with bands like offspring performing. A movie well worth seeing and buying - 5 stars

Review: this is a have-to-see movie for science fiction or horror story lovers! it is exiting, funny, scary and the two babes Josh Harnet (Zeke) and Elijah Wood (Casey)are involved so, if you get bored during the movie, you can always drool over those lush babes. i give this a 5 star and i strongly advise you to go see it.......alien or not!~

Review: I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!! ANYONE WHO SAYS THAT THIS MOVIE IS BAD IS CRAZY! IT'S WAY BETTER THEN THE ORIGNAL AND IT MAKES ALL THESE COOL REMARKS ABOUT BODY SNATCHERS.... WHICH IT KIND OF HAS A LITTLE BIT OF WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FACULTY! THE ONLY THING THAT DOESN'T WORK IN THE MOVIE IS THAT THE FACULTY MEMBERS THAT TURNED TO DUST OR LOST BODY PARTS LIVED WHEN THEY WOULD HAVE DIES!

Review: Williamson writes yet another masterpiece where aliens take over people bodies. It makes invasion of the body snatchers look like a kids movie.
