Summary: They're here to put that silly smile back on your planet :D
Review: Evolution is by far one of the best comedic movies that I have seen this year. Although not for the serius moviegoer, this movie keeps you entertained and laughing. David Duchovny is hilarious like you have never seen him before, and talented actress Julianne Moore lights up the screen with her wit. Orlando Jones and Seann William Scott only add into the overall incredible entertainment this movie provides. If you want a movie that will not fail to cheer you up, go see Evolution and you are promised a half hour of nonstop laughs.

Summary: Best comedy Ive seen since Bowfinger!
Review: Evolution was a movie that was not only laugh-out-loud funny, but was extremly interesting. Unlike movies like Men in Black and Idependence Day, Evolutions plot (maybe not the end of it but the beginning) could happen. David Duchovney does a great job of playing his role, and Orlando Jones is hillarious. They make a great team. Only problem I had was Breckin Meyer. Im tired of seeing him casted as the stupid outcast. But other than that, the movie will probably be the most entertaining of the summer. I suggest you go see this movie, and dont waste your money on horrible movies like Pearl Harbor or Swordfish. Catch this flick now.

Summary: AlienBusters - Not!
Review: Parts of this film were like forcing a square block through a round hole... what was up with the writing!? Great actors with nothing but a few base jokes and visual effects. If you liked Ghostbusters rent that or buy the DVD and leave this one for HBO.

Summary: Evolution was great (10 stars)
Review: I think this movie was very good and had a well written script. I gave you a good sense of really funny comedy and at the same time provided you with a science fiction plot. David Duchoveny and Orlando Jones are very good in this movie and provide a lot of funny moments. I REALLY THINK YOU SHOULD GO SEE THIS MOVIE. It was really good. SUMMARY: A metior hits earth and has evolving organisms on it that evolve rapidly with heat. Slowly (Well faster than organisms on earth)they become more complex organisms until the next thing you know you have a dinosaur looking creature flying through a mall. Now the army wants to blow all life around that metior up and its up to 4 funny people to stop it

Summary: Evolution Has Far to Go (but it's still funny!)
Review: I went into Evolution expecting another MiB. By that standard, I was severely disappointed. Despite that, I did laugh through much of the movie. Between the dumb-but-servicable humor and the superb special effects, I'd have to say that my 8 bucks were money well spent.

Much of the dialog appears to have been written as a Jr. High drama class project. Sorry, but bathroom humor just doesn't do much for me anymore. Orlando Jones's character was simply too stupid for belief and David Duchovny looked as if he didn't expect half the audience to get the joke.

That said, there were some fine moments. I particularly enjoyed the sly poke at films contrived for product placement purposes. Despite the cardboard character, Orlando does have some fine one-liners and, as I've come to expect, he makes the most of them.

Then, there are the special effects. I can't say enough, so I won't even try. Much. I've become jaded in the past couple of years, but these really do stand out. The sequence in the shopping mall alone was worth the price of admission (I won't spoil it for you with details).

Overall, I'd call it worth the trip . . . so long as you don't expect too much.

Summary: Quirky and a lot of fun!
Review: Although the special effects are pretty cool, the cast is no doubt the most impressive thing about this film. Orlando Jones and David Duchovny work very well together and play off each other in an amusing and believable way. Seann Scott is funny in a sweet and somewhat dimwitted way and steals the show more than once. Julianne Moore is a wonderful actress and doesn't do too badly on her first comedy role. Overall the movie is an amusing, at times hysterical adventure and a nice way to spend a couple of hours in an air conditioned theater. I highly recommend.

Summary: Entertaining!
Review: Evolution wasn't the funniest movie I have ever seen. But it was entertaining. It was silly and fun, and sometimes that is all you want from a movie. Sometimes you don't want to have to think during a movie. Sometimes you just want to sit back and relax and watch a movie that will just entertain you and make you laugh. And Evolution does just that

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Too Predictable
Review: The plot is very easy to predict. No "cute" aliens with character. A lot of "duplication" from GHOSTBUSTERS.
