Review: Well first of all if you haven't seen The Matrix yet then don't sit there reading this review; WATCH THE MOVIE! It is unbelievable. The special effects were out of this world, the acting was great, the scenes were well created, and it was one of the most interesting and gripping plots to date.There ws only one thing that I found was a mistake. In the lobby shootout one of the swat team men was firing his shotgun but it had the sound of an automatic rifle...This movie is deffinately a must have!

Review: I didn't have too many problems with this movie, but I know it could have been better. Joe was great and you better watch him on the Sopranos because he's great there to. Lets hope the sequel doesn't fall flat.

Summary: Overhyped, Underwritten
Review: With the plot device of 'virtual reality made real' (don't ask) the sky was potentially the limit for the writers. But after the first hour or so of interesting but too numerous and convoluted twists, the film devolved into a very prolonged shoot-em-up/kung-fu show down. What a waste. It took me half a dozen sittings over several weeks just to get through it because it became so mind numbingly boring and predictable. If slick special effects and gunplay are all you need in a movie then go for it. Personally I'd rather watch my lawn grow.

Summary: Metaphor for life in today's society
Review: The matrix is conformity, or so one wise man once said. The movie is visually stunning, highly metaphoric, and original. But those aren't the best parts. I know this is just one in a long line of reviews and that I should have put one star, if i wanted attention, but it felt wrong, and so i just thought i would add my two sense. So glad to see the matrix is so popular and I can't wait for the sequels.

Summary: Sci-Fi Greatness!
Review: I usually don't like Scientific fiction movies. I usually hate them. I decided to give this a chance. That was the smartest move I could have made. This movie is one of the greatest movies I have ever seen. Here is a breif description: A computer hacker named Neo is wanted by Agents (people who are trying to rid the Matrix of humans). The matrix is a fake world, a computer program, we all live in it, and we are basically shielded from the truth. We are aslepe in the real world. Neo is also being pursued by people that have broken out of the matrix. These people were also computer hackers. They have already broken out of the matrix. They go back into the Matrix to get Neo. Throughout the movie, Neo eventually gains the burden of Morpheus dying or him dying, and it is up to Neo what happens. Morpheus is caught by agents, because one of the hackers who was supposedly a friend of Morpheus, backstabbed Morhpeus, and through this, Morpheus was caught, and tortured. Neo is then faced with, Save Morpheus or save himself???!!! That is a brief description without giving away anything important in the movie. The movie was a thrill ride throughout the whole thing. Though to some people this movie is slightly comfusing, just pay attention, which I am sure won't be hard, and you will enjoy this a lot. There is not much more to say. It is my favorite movie of all time. I can watch it over and over again, and still love it. I am sure you will be able to too. When I bought my DVD player, that was the first DVD I bought. It is an amazing movie, and I hugely hugely hugely recommend it. I couldn't recommend anything more than this movie! Get this now!

Summary: Great Movie!
Review: "The Matrix" is one of the best movies I have ever watched! Keanu Reeves is one of the main characters and does a great job in this movie. He leads a double life of being a computer programmer and master hacker, but finally finds his true lot in life when he finds out he is in control of not only his future, but the "matrix", which controls humanity. This movie relates to a higher power and that everything has to be controlled by someone to make the world a livable place to be in. "The Matrix" at times may seem to be a very serious movie, but there are times when it is funny too. I would recommend this movie to adults, because for younger childeren they might not get the plot and follow the movie as easily as older people do. You will find that there is some violence, but I guess it is average to the rest of any other movie.

Review: this movie is so gay and stupid. I mean keanue reeves is a good actor but he can't fight. the fight scenes are too slow. he spent three months practiced karate and he is not any good at it. to tell you the truth, i fell asleep when i watch this movie.
