Review: When I first watched this movie, I thought that it was the best movie ever made. Today, I still believe it. With incredible special effects, a great plot, and excellent actors, the movie pulls you into the story. There is no movie like it.

Review: When I first went to see this movie, I admit I was doubtful.I'm a humongus sci-fi fan, but all of the preveiws on this movie looked just plain stupid. But after seeing it, I couldn't believe there was ever a time I DIDN"T want to see it. It was that good. Lawrence Fishburne and Keanu Reeves were wonderful, and the plot was complex enough to make you think, but wasn't moving so fast that you got lost. I highly recommend this movie to ANY sci-fi fan, or just anyone who wants something to think about. On a scale of 1 to 10, this movie gets a 9.5.

Summary: SON OF NEUROMANCER
Review: When I heard the title of the movie, I thought William Gibson had finally turned his fantastic cyberpunk novel "Neuromancer" into a feature length film. While I was depressed to find out that this was not the case, The Matrix ended up being as good as you could hope for in a Hollywood where "B" movie crud like Independence Day is the norm. Like "Dark City" and "Men In Black," the Matrix is a science fiction fan movie worth owning a copy of.

Summary: A LANDMARK FILM
Review: When I left the cinema after seeing THE MATRIX I noticed that people left the building as If they had witnessed something truly religious. Very seldom do we see something at the movies that can change the look u have on the reality. Or the feeling that u have witnessed something new and truly remarkable. THE MATRIX is of couse such a film and I think I speak for a looooooooooooooooot of people that I am thankful for that it was made. Notable filmcritic Pauline Kael once said:"Movies are so rarely great, that if we cannot appreciate great trash we have very little reason to be interested in them....." THE MATRIX is not one of those events.

Summary: This movie is a total rush!
Review: When I left the theater after seeing this movie, I was on an incredible high. My adrenaline was coarsing through my veins. I felt like I could have lifted my truck off the ground if I had wanted to. <g> I couldn't believe that a mere movie could make me feel this way. The Matrix was awesome. The fight scenes were INTENSE and the Japanese-influenced point of view wide shots were way cool. I was really excited to see that it was coming out on DVD a few months back, and I actually preordered it, which I've never done before with anything else. I can't wait to see it again!

Review: When I rented this movie it looked like a Star Wars type of movie I was wrong. It had the visual effects but ten times better. It had the coolest plot it might sound like a nerd movie but is defently not.

Review: When I saw the advertising trailers in the tv channels I thought.."A stupid action movie again" But when EVERY friend of mine told that this cyber buddha story is a must see, the best movie of the 90s, I went, and it was extremely exciting, serius, spectacular. I suppose to have one, because I saw it 5 times, and the movie tickets are expensive! :)

Summary: But¿ it is REAL!
Review: When I saw the previews of this film I thought "Another sci-fi film" But when I finally saw it, I had to drop my jaw: It was as if they had adapted one of the last chapters in the last book by Carlos Castaneda. He states that such a situation as we see on the film is HAPPENING NOW! Of course not by robots but by some creatures he calls "flyers" which give us their mind. I saw the film only 5 times. I wish I could have done it more times

Review: When I saw the trailer I immediately wanted to see this movie ... and I wasn't disappointed ! The special effects are so great, and the cast is good ! But the reason why I don't give a 5 stars rate is that I think the whole idea of the movie has already been seen in Alex Proyas movie "Dark City"! But still, "The Matrix" is a movie to be seen ! And I wish there were more films like that !

Review: When i saw the trailer on the cinema,i thinke "i can't wait to see Matrix"... Matrix has very good special effects and very good stars.Keanu Reeves and Laurence Fishburne just make the film much better... if you don't saw Matrix,i go to go a cinema near you...or wait and order at Amazon,that is what i am doing... bye
